HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Kasson-Mantorville High School in Kasson, Minn. • wore No. 76 for the KoMets • as a senior, helped Kasson-Mantorville go 7-3 overall and return to the section final • recorded three sacks and two passes batted down at the line of scrimmage in the Section 1AAAA section semi-final game • named a finalist for the Minnesota Football Coaches Association Mr. Football Award • selected to the 2022 Minnesota Associated Press All-State football team • named to the Minnesota High School All-State Team by the Minnesota Vikings • as a junior, led Kasson-Mantorville to the Class 4A state championship game • anchored an offense that ran for 4,000 yards • coached by Joel Swanson • also played baseball for the KoMets (pitcher and first base) • consensus three-star recruit • rated as the No. 71 offensive lineman in the country and No. 5 prospect in Minnesota by ESPN.
