  • Went 1-1 at the NCAA Championships before having to medically forfeit out of the tournament.
  • Placed 8th at the Big Ten Championships to automatically qualify for the NCAA tournament at 141 pounds.
  • Earned six wins over ranked opponents on the season.
  • Closed out regular season with 6-6 dual record, including 4-4 record against Big Ten opponents.
  • Defeating #28 Joseph Zargo by 1-0 decision in final match to clinch Border Battle win over Wisconsin (2/11)
  • Knocked off ninth-ranked Danny Pucino (Illinois) by 12-2 major decision in Minnesota's dual win over the Illini (1/28)
  • Defeated Indiana's Cayden Rooks by 12-0 major decision in Minnesota's win over the Hoosiers (1/20)
  • Earned first conference win of the season with 3-2 decision over Michigan State's Jordan Hamdan (1/15)
  • Placed 3rd at the Southern Scuffle with a 5-1 record on the weekend, including two wins over ranked opponents.
  • Earned a ranked win over #7 Dylan Droegemueller to help push Gophers past No. 18 North Dakota State (12/9)
  • Made first start of the season at Oklahoma State, falling by decision to Carter Young, 5-1
  • Opened the season by winning the Bison Open, defeating teammate Vance VomBaur in the finals.
  • Ranked #3 at 141 pounds in the InterMat preseason polls.

  • Went 24-9 in first season as a starter
  • 2022 NCAA All-American at 141 pounds, placing seventh
  • Pinned 5-seed Andrew Alirez (Northern Colorado) in blood round to earn All-America honors
  • Placed 3rd at Big Ten Championships to qualify for first NCAA tournament
  • Earned 12 wins over ranked opponents on the season
  • Went 4-3 in dual competition, including a 3-2 record in the Big Ten
  • Earned road decision over Tokyo Olympian and fourth-ranked Stevan Micic on Jan. 28
