2008-09 • Freshman Season: Named All-WCHA First Team and WCHA All-Rookie Team honoree • earned two WCHA Offensive Player of the Week awards and one WCHA Rookie of the Week award • named to WCHA all-tournament team • ranked second on the team with 65 points (28g-37a) while playing in all 40 games • scored eight power-play goals, eight game-winning goals, and one shorthanded goal • had a season-high six points (3g-3a) in an 11-1 win over Bemidji State (1/17) • had back-to-back four-point games in wins over Bemidji State (2/28) and Minnesota State (3/7).
 
The Lamoureux File: A 2008 graduate of Shattuck-St. Mary’s School • member of the 2008 U.S. Under-22 Team • was the youngest members of the U.S. Four Nation’s Cup Team in 2006, along with her sister Monique • won three U-19 national championships at Shattuck-St. Mary’s under coach Gordon Stafford • tallied 477 points in her career, posting 102 points as a freshman, 137 as a sophomore, 131 in her junior season, and 107 her senior year • led Shattuck to a 51-3-8 record in 2004-05, 61-4-4 mark as a sophomore, a 54-2-1 record in 2006-07 and a 51-3-1 mark as a senior • named a first-team all-star for the Midwest Elite Hockey League and a member of the state runner-up with the Grand Forks Wheatkings Bantam A boys’ team in 2003-04 • also participated in soccer and cross country and earned all-state and all-conference honors in both sports.
 
Personal: Daughter of Linda and Jean-Pierre Lamoureux • shoots right • comes from an athletic family • has a twin sister, Monique • has four brothers, Jean-Philippe, Jacques, Pierre-Paul and Mario, and a twin sister, Monique • father, Jean-Pierre was a goalie at North Dakota and helped them win two national championships • mother Linda was a swimmer and has run over 20 marathons • high school teammates with Gopher teammate Jen Schoullis.
