2018 Cross Country • Redshirt Junior Season: Named Academic All-Big Ten • competed in five races • set a new 8K personal record twice during the campaign • opened the year with a 15th-place finish at the Greeno/Dirksen Invite, where he ran a new personal record of 25:35.2 and recorded his best career finish • finished 54th at the Griak Invitational (25:53.6) before coming in 30th in the open race at Pre-Nationals (25:48.8) • recorded another new eight-kilometer personal record at the Big Ten Championships at 25:22.4, finishing 73rd • closed out the season with a 93rd-place performance at the NCAA Midwest Regional (32:48.8) • earned second letter in cross country.

2018 Indoor Track & Field • Redshirt Sophomore Season: Ran six races • finished eighth in the distance medley relay and 17th in the mile at the Big Ten Championships • ran a season-best 4:04.56 in the mile to place sixth at the Power Five Invitational.
2018 Outdoor Track & Field • Redshirt Sophomore Season: Named USTFCCCA All-Academic and Academic All-Big Ten honoree • earned third letter in track & field • ran 10 races • NCAA West Prelim qualifier in the 1,500 meters where he placed 20th • finished eighth in the 1,500 meters at the Big Ten Championships • ran a season-best 49.88 in the 400 meters at the Tom Cat Twilight • ran a season-best 1:51.26 in the 800 meters at the Baldy Castillo Invitational • finished fifth in the 1,500 meters in a season-best 3:45.59 at the National Relays • won the mile in 4:04.35 at the UCLA Events.
2016 Cross Country • Redshirt Freshman Season: Named Academic All-Big Ten • earned first letter in cross country • competed in four meets • opened the year with a 27th-place finish at the four-mile Oz Memorial (21:15.8) • posted 8K personal records in back-to-back races, finishing 178th at the Roy Griak Invitational (27:21.1) and 38th in the open race at the Wisconsin Nuttycombe Invitational (25:54.4) • closed out the season with a 79th-place performance at the eight-kilometer Big Ten Championships (26:15.6).
2017 Indoor Track & Field • Redshirt Freshman Season: Named Second Team All-American and All-Big Ten Second Team honoree in the distance medley relay • ran 10 races • NCAA Championships qualifier in the distance medley relay, finishing ninth in 9:41.11 • finished as B1G runner-up in the distance medley relay (9:38.03) and placed fourth in the mile with a season-best time of 4:03.91 at the Big Ten Championships • finished as mile runner-up at the Iowa State Classic.

2015 Cross Country • Freshman Season: Redshirted the season while competing in two races as an unattached runner • placed 18th at the Oz Memorial with a time of 19:48.4 • finished 148th at the Griak Invitational, clocking a time of 27:27.8.
2016 Indoor Track & Field • Freshman Season: Ran eight races • finished sixth in the distance medley relay (9:48.87) and sixth in the 800m (1:50.41) at the Big Ten Championships after running a season-best 1:49.97 in the B1G preliminary heats • ran a season-best 1:19.79 in the 600m to finish as runner-up at the Snowshow Open • ran a season-best 4:12.65 in the mile to finish third at the Jack Johnson Invitational.
2016 Outdoor Track & Field • Freshman Season: Named USTFCCCA All-Academic honoree • earned first letter in track & field • ran nine races • finished 13th in the 800m (1:51.69) at the Big Ten Championships • ran a season-best 49.87 as 400m runner-up at the Tom Cat Twilight • ran a season-best 1:49.69 in the 800m at the Virginia Challenge • recorded a season-best time of 3:52.36 to place 10th at the Stanford Invitational • ran on the winning 4x800-meter relay and the eighth-place sprint medley relay at the Drake Relays.
