Ike Hermer recently completed his second season as the Gophers’ assistant director of player personnel.
Hermer joined Richard Pitino’s staff full-time after spending the previous two seasons as a Graduate Assistant Coach at Minnesota. As a GA, Hermer assisted in day-to-day operations of the program as well as video analysis, film breakdown, and opponent scouting.
During his time in Minneapolis, the Gophers made their first NCAA tournament since 2013 and had the most regular season wins in school history.
Hermer earned a master’s degree in applied kinesiology from the University of Minnesota in May of 2017 and a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the prestigious Carlson School of Management in 2015.
