2026 Outdoor Track & Field • Sophomore Season: Named Academic All-Big Ten... Won the 3000m steeplechase in his season debut at the Beach Opener in a time of 9:05.37... Dropped a season-best steeplechase time of 8:59.05 at the Raleigh Relays to finish 29th overall... Finished 11th overall in the steeplechase at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships with a time of 9:02.90... Also ran the 5000m at Big Tens and was 24th in a time of 14:51.47... Ran the 5000m at Hamline's Meet of the UnSaintly and was the runner-up in a time of 14:11.98.
2025 Cross Country • Sophomore Season: Tabbed as an Academic All-Big Ten team member... Was Minnesota's top finisher at the 39th Roy Griak Invitational in an 8K time of 25:07.3 to finish fifth overall...
