2023 Cross Country • Senior Season: Was in the lineup for the Maroon and Gold for six meets... Made his debut for Minnesota at the Oz Memorial where he was sixth in a time of 19:41.30 at the 6K event... Ran a lifetime best 6K race at the Michigan Big 10 Preview to finish 22nd in a time of 18:41.40... Ran three meets at the 8K distance and was able to drop a lifetime best time of 25:58.20 at the 2022 Big Ten Cross Country Championships to finish 90th overall... Finished 89th in his NCAA debut at the Midwest Regional in a 10K time of 31:08.60.
2022 OUTDOOR (at George Mason): Competed in three meets... Finished second on the all-time 5000m top 10 in a time of 14:27.50... Was named a Peter N. Stearns Provost Scholar Athlete in 2022 for his outstanding academic achievements.
