2012-13 ? Junior Season:Appeared in 35 games as a junior in 2012-13 ? posted career highs this season in points (9), assists (7) and plus/minus (+15) while matching his best season numbers in goals (2) ? tied for the team lead with a +17 rating during the regular season ? picked up his first point of the season with an assist on a Kyle Rau goal vs. Canisius. It was the lone goal of the game. (10/28) ? collected his second point of the season with an assist at Vermont (11/23) ? recorded the primary assist on Erik Haula's game-winning goal at the Mariucci Classic against Air Force (12/29) ? assisted on a goal for the second-straight night to help the Gophers defeat Boston College and capture the Mariucci Classic title (12/30) ? assisted on a Seth Ambroz goal in the first period against Alaska Anchorage (1/12) ? scored his first goal of the season against rival North Dakota (1/19) ? registered a secondary assist on Sam Warning's goal in the third period against Denver (3/2) ? netted his second goal of the season and assisted on another goal in a 5-1 victory at Bemidji State (3/9) ? 2011-12 ? Sophomore Season: Skated in 39 games and had two goals and six assists ? took only two minor penalties all season ? blocked 37 shots? made his season debut against Sacred Heart (10/8) ? recorded his first career point, an assist, against Niagara (12/30) ? had one assist and was +3 at North Dakota (1/14) ? recorded his first penalty of the season (cross-checking) against Colorado College (1/21) after playing his first 22 games of the season without taking a penalty ? scored his first career goal as a Gopher in overtime at Nebraska Omaha (2/24) to give Minnesota a 3-2 come-from-behind win ? scored the second goal of his career against Boston University (3/24) in the NCAA?West Regional semifinals.

2010-11 ? Freshman Season: Played in eight games ? team was 4-3-1 when he was in the lineup ? never went more than five games without playing ? took one shot and blocked two shots in collegiate debut (2-1 win) against St. Cloud State (10/24) ? missed both Wisconsin games (Nov. 5-6) after being diagnosed with mononucleosis on Nov. 3 ? was medically cleared to play and accompanied the team to Michigan Tech (11/19 and 11/20) but did not see any game action ? was +1 against No. 2 Minnesota-Duluth (12/12), which was his first game action since Nov. 26 against Michigan State ? played in his first game since Dec. 12 when he suited up at No. 2 North Dakota (1/15) ? was +1 and earned five penalty minutes against Michigan Tech (2/26).

High School: Played two seasons with the Alaska Avalanche of the NAHL ? head coach was Brian Huebel ? tied for the NAHL lead in points for a defenseman in 2009-10 with 47 (16g-31a) and led defensemen in goals in each of his two years in the league ? became highest scoring defenseman in franchise history with 68 points and became first Avalanche player to earn All-NAHL honors ? helped lead the team to its first two playoff appearances ? played 2007-08 season for the St. Paul Lakers of the MNJHL and won the team's Rookie of the Year award, tallying 37 points ? earned four varsity letters at Chisago Lakes High School ? was an all-conference honoree in his senior season.

Personal: Plans to major in sport management ? lists hobbies as fishing, hunting, golfing, and spending time with family and friends ? most memorable sports experience was playing hockey in Wasilla, Alaska for the NAHL's Alaska Avalanche for two years ? father, Tom, and uncle, Mike Anderson, both played hockey for the Gophers in the early 1980s ? sister, Lexy, playedhockey at Bemidji State from 2006-10, while cousin, Casey, skated for St. Lawrence University from 2006-09 ? son of Tom and Shellee Parenteau ? born June 10, 1989.
