Sophomore Season: Earned top times in the 50 and 100 free at the Minnesota Challenge while also placing first in the 200 free relay (2/8) ? against Hawaii he received seventh in the 200 free (1/12) ? 200 free relay team placed second at the Jean Freeman Invitational while he also placed fourth in the 50 free (11/30/12) ? swam a 1:46.13 200 free in the preliminaries at the Grand Prix and placed 11th overall in the 100 free (11/9/12) ? placed fourth in the 400 free relay in the Iowa dual (11/2/12) ? had a time of 46.85 in the 100 free in the defeat over Wisconsin (10/26/12)
