2023 Outdoor Track & Field • Senior Season: Qualified for the NCAA Outdoor Championships in his first full healthy season with the Gophers as a member of the 4x100m relay team and as an individual in the 200m... Became the first Gopher, man or woman, to qualify for the NCAA Championships in the 200m... Broke Minnesota's 200m school record at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships in a time of 20.43 (+0.3 m/s) to win the silver medal... Earned a bronze medal in the 100m at Big Tens in a then-lifetime best time of 10.22 (-0.4 m/s)... Won the Big Ten title in the 4x100m relay in a time of 38.87 as the lead-off leg... Helped Minnesota earn a fourth-place finish in the 4x400m relay at the Big Ten Championships as the lead-off leg (3:06.93)... Qualified for the NCAA Championships in the 200m with an automatic qualifying time of 20.59 (+2.0 m/s)... Helped Minnesota send its first 4x100m relay to the NCAA Championships in school history in a time of 39.02.

2019-20 Track & Field • Freshman Season: Began collegiate career at Lincoln University in Lincoln, Mo. • earned USTFCCCA DII all-region honors in the 60m and 200m • competed at seven meets during the indoor season • won the 60m in 6.74 and ran a career-best 20.97 to win the 200m at the MIAA Indoor Track & Field Championships • ran a career-best 6.71 in the 60m as runner-up at the Pittsburg State Invitational • the 2020 indoor season ceased competitions and the outdoor season was canceled because of COVID-19 public health concerns.
