A 2011 NCAA Championships competitor in the 800 meters and 4x400-meter relay 2010 NCAA Preliminary Meet competitor in 800 meters and 4x400-meter relay set the Gopher record in the outdoor 800 meters (1:46.62) ranks eighth in Gopher history in the 600-meter dash (1:18.76) made the semifinals of the 800 meters at the 2012 U.S. Olympic Trials.
2012 Season - Indoor: Competed in a total of nine events for the indoor season finished second in the 800 meters at the Big Ten Championships with a time of 1:48.05 ran the third leg of the distance medley relay at the Big Ten Championships (9:50.51) finished second at the Bill Bergan Invite with a time of 1:46.98, the second-fastest time in school history won the 800 meters at the Jack Johnson Classic with a time of 1:49.90, a University of Minnesota Fieldhouse record finished second in the 1,000 meters at the Holiday Inn Invitational with a time of 2:26.50 ran the third leg for the 4x400 meter relay team that won both the Holiday Inn Invitational (3:12.13) and Jack Johnson Classic (3:15.30) the 4x400 meter relay team also took third at the Iowa State Classic (3:09.00) and fifth at the Alex Wilson Invitational (3:06.87, fourth-fastest in school history). 2011 SeasonIndoor:finished third in the 600 meters (1:20.88) at the Snowshoe Open.Outdoor:took fifth at the Big Ten championships in the 800 meters with a time of 1:49.10 finished second (1:48.91) in the 800m at the Musco Twilight led offthe Gopher 4x800-meter relay (7:19.51) which broke the school record and won first place at the Drake Relays letterwinner.
2010 Season
Indoor: Ran in four meets placed fifth in the 600 meters (1:18.76) at the Big Ten Championships with the seventh-fastest time in Gopher history ran the third leg of the 4x400-meter relay that placed fourth at Big Tens with an NCAA provisional time of 3:13.57 ran season-best 800-meter time of 1:51.51 at Iowa State Classic. Outdoor: NCAA Preliminary Meet competitor in 800 meters and 4x400-meter relay clocked a time of 1:50.64 in NCAA quarterfinal ran the third leg of the 4x400m relay that finished 18th in NCAA quarterfinal with a season-best time of 3:08.59 placed sixth in the 800 meters at the Big Ten Championships with a career-best time of 1:49.67, the No. 9 time in Gopher history ran the third leg of 4x400m relay that placed fourth at Big Tens ran the third leg of the 4x800-meter relay that placed second at Drake Relays with a school-record time of 7:18.18 an Academic All-Big Ten honoree earned second varsity letter.
2009 Season: Redshirted the indoor and outdoor seasons.
2008 Season:
Indoor: Competed in three meets earned All-Big Ten Second Team honors as a member of the runner-up distance medley relay also ran 800 meters in Big Ten meet clocked season-best time of 1:52.87 in 800 meters at Iowa State Classic.. Outdoor: Competed in seven meets ran the 800 meters in the Big Ten Championships clocked top 800m time of 1:52.24 at Oregon Pepsi Team Invitational ran the second leg of the Gophers[apos] distance medley relay that won the title at the Clemson Relays varsity letterwinner.
High School:
A 2007 graduate of Eastview High School coach was Tom Sharp placed ninth at Minnesota Class AA state meet in the 800 meters (1:58.83) earned all-state honors as a member of the fifth-place 4x800-meter relay Lake Conference champion in the 800 meters as a senior two-time all-conference honoree in both corss country and track lettered three times in both cross country and track honor student Eastview[apos]s 2007 Scholar-Athlete of the Year.
