2015 | REDSHIRT SOPHOMORE SEASON
Competed in five meets including his Big Ten and NCAA debuts • opened the season by helping the Gopher win the Bob Timmons Dual Classic, finishing 22nd with a time of 20:12.5 • helped the Gophers repeat as team champions at the Jim Drews Invitational, winning the individual title at 24:42.38 • made his Big Ten debut with a 33rd-place finish and a time of 24:17.2 • finished 100th in his NCAA debut at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a 32:05.1, helping the Gophers qualify for the NCAA championships for the first time since 2011 with a runner-up finish • placed 227th at the NCAA championships with a time of 32:31.1 • earned first letter • also won the 2015 Twin Cities 5K (outside of collegiate competition) with a time of 14:58.

2014 | REDSHIRT FRESHMAN SEASON
Competed in four meets for the Gophers and helped the team pick up three wins • factored into the team's scoring for the Jim Drews Invitational and the Fall Finale • made his season debut at the UC Riverside Invitational, helping the Gophers to a team title • finished 70th with a time of 25:42.0 • finished 119th in the Griak Invitational with a time of 26:41.1 • ran a 25:22.73 -- an eight-kilometer personal record -- to finish 14th at the Jim Drews Invitational in a Minnesota win • finished seventh overall (fifth among attached runners) at the Fall Finale with a time of 26:21 in a Minnesota win.

2013 | FRESHMAN SEASON
Redshirted the 2013 cross country season • ran as an unattached competitor at the Oz Memorial and the Griak Invitational • finished 13th at the Oz Memorial with a time of 19:56.1 • crossed the finish line at 26:38.3 to finish 188th at the Griak Invitational.

HIGH SCHOOL
A 2012 graduate of Stillwater Area High School • helped Stillwater to back-to-back Minnesota Class AA cross country state titles in 2011-12 • posted back-to-back top-10 finishes at the state cross country meet in his junior and senior season including a ninth-place finish as a senior in 2012 • qualified for his second-straight Nike National Cross Country Championships as a senior • also helped Stillwater to the 2011 Minnesota AA State Championship • ran for head coach Scott Christensen • high school teammates with fellow Gopher Wayde Hall.
