2018 Cross Country • Redshirt Sophomore Season: Named Academic All-Big Ten and Big Ten Distinguished Scholar • earned first letter in cross country • ran five races for the Gophers, scoring for Minnesota at the Big Ten championship and the NCAA Midwest Regional • opened the season at the Greeno/Dirksen Invite with a 23rd-place finish (25:47.6 for 8K) followed by a 53rd-place showing at the Griak Invitational (25:49.8 for 8K) • posted a 28th-place finish in the open competition at Pre-Nationals (25:45.7 for 8K) • ran an 8K career-best time of 25:02.1 to place 56th at the Big Ten Championships • closed out the season by running 32:03.9 for 10K to finish 44th at the NCAA Midwest Regional.

2019 Indoor Track & Field • Redshirt Sophomore Season: Made three appearances in the 3,000 meter and posted top-10 performances at the Jack Johnson Classic (fifth, 8:32.72) and the Graduate Classic (eighth, 8:42.45) • ran a season-best 8:26.77 in the 3,000 meters at the Iowa State Classic.

2019 Outdoor Track & Field • Redshirt Sophomore Season: Named Academic All-Big Ten and Big Ten Distinguished Scholar • earned first letter in track & field • made two appearances in the 5,000 meters at the Duke Invitational (14:18.48) and Big Ten Championships (15:04.39) • helped Minnesota to a fourth-place finish in the 4x1600 meter relay at Drake Relays (16:41.73).

2018 Outdoor Track & Field • Sophomore Season: Ran two races while competing unattached • clocked a time of 3:58.12 in the 1,500 meters as an unattached competitor at the UWL Final Qualifier • finished second in the 1,500 meters as an unattached competitor at the Bolstorff Twilight (4:06.21).
