Career Highlights: A 2010 Top-Five Scholar Award winner, honored for owning one of the top five cumulative grade point averages among Gopher men[apos]s student-athletes • ranked eighth on the Minnesota top-10 list for the 60-meter hurdles (8.11).

2010 Season - Indoor: Competed in six meets, including running the 60-meter high hurdles at the Big Ten Championships • won title at Minnesota Open • clocked a career-best time of 8.17 seconds in Minnesota Open prelim. Outdoor: Ran in eight meets • ran season-best time of 14.61 seconds in Big Ten prelims • an Academic All-Big Ten honoree • earned his second varsity letter.

2009 Season: Indoor: Competed in eight meets • finished eighth in the 60-meter high hurdles (8.31) at Big Ten Championships • ran season-best of 8.11 in prelims to clock the eighth-fastest time in Gopher history • won 55m hurdles title at Bethel Invitational. Outdoor: Ran in seven meets in the 100-meter high hurdles • placed eighth in Big Ten meet (14.62) • clocked his season-best time of 14.49 at TomCat Twilight Meet • an Academic All-Big Ten honoree • varsity letterwinner

2008 Season: Redshirted the indoor and outdoor seasons.

High School:
A 2007 graduate of Mounds View High School • high school coaches were Ross Fleming and Rollie Nesheim • won the 110-meter high hurdles at the Minnesota Class AA state meet in 2006 (14.84) and 2007 (14.43) • added third-place finish (38.71) in 300-meter hurdles as a senior • best time in the 110m hurdles was 14.43, the Mounds View school record • three-time Suburban East Conference champion • winner of Mounds View[apos]s Outstanding Runner Award in 2006 and 2007 • lettered four times in track and field • also lettered once in soccer and cross country • a member of the National Honor Society.
