2010 Season - Indoor: Jumped in five meets competed in the long jump and triple jump at the Big Ten Championships landed a season-best effort of 47-8 1/2 in triple jump in Big Ten prelims placed second at the Northwest Open with a season-best long jump of 23-0 1/2. Outdoor: Competed in six meets placed sixth in the long jump (23-5 1/2) at Big Ten meet also competed in triple jump at Conference meet won the TomCat Twilight long jump title with a season-best leap of 23-6 3/4 top triple jump was 45-8 1/2 at Hamline Invitational an Academic All-Big Ten honoree earned second varsity letter.
2009 Season - Indoor: Competed in seven meets placed seventh in the long jump at the Big Ten Championships with a season-best leap of 23-0 1/2 also competed in the triple jump at the Big Ten meet landing a season-best jup of 45-7 1/2 won the long jump at the Minnesota Open. Outdoor: Jumped in seven meets placed second in Minnesota Open with season-best long jump of 23-6 3/4 won the triple jump at the Lee Krough Inv. with a leap of 45-7 1/4 Academic All-Big Ten varsity letterwinner.
2008 Season: Redshirted the indoor and outdoor seasons.
High School: A 2007 graduate of Tartan High School high school coach was Mark Woodcock two-time all-state honoree and all-conference as a senior placed sixth in the long jump at the 2007 Minnesota Class AA State Championship 4x200-meter relay placed seventh three-time letterwinner in track, twice in football a member of the National Honor Society.
Personal: Born June 13, 1989 genetics, cell biology and development major son of Karl Demer and Katherine Todd has seven younger siblings enjoys snowboarding, music and fishing.
