2019 Indoor Track & Field • Redshirt Freshman Season: Competed in the 400 meters, the 600 meters and the 4x400 meter relay • recorded one win and five top-10 finishes • ran on the winning 4x400-meter relay at the SDSU Holiday Open with a time of 3:16.08 and added a fourth-place finish in the 600 meters • ran a season-best 1:21.53 to place fourth in the 600 meters at the Graduate Classic and ran on the sixth-place 4x400-meter relay • finished eighth in the 400 meters at the Wieczorek Invitational (50.52).

2019 Outdoor Track & Field • Redshirt Freshman Season: Named Academic All-Big Ten honoree • earned first letter in track & field • competed in the 400-meter hurdles and recorded four top-10 finishes • tied for the sixth fastest 400-meter hurdles performance in school history at the Jim Click Shootout when he ran 52.39 to place fourth • added top-10 finishes at the Duke Invitational (fourth), Drake Relays (10th), and Hurricane Invite (seventh).

2018 Outdoor Track & Field • Freshman Season: Redshirted the 2018 outdoor track & field season while making three appearances in the 400-meter hurdles while competing unattached • won the Tomcat Twilight 400-meter hurdles race with a time of 54.83 • finished as 400-meter hurdles runner-up at the Bolstorff Twilight and SMU Open.

High School: A 2017 graduate of Edina High School • a three-time all-state athlete • three-time all-Lake Conference selection • the Lake Conference champion in the 300-meter hurdles and the 4x400-meter relay in 2017 • holds the Edina High School record for the 300-meter hurdles (38.37) • five-time letter winner (four in track & field and one in cross country) • three-time academic all-state • competed as a prep for David Boone.
