Indoor Track & Field
  • Team Captain.
  • The University of Minnesota's male recipient of the Big Ten Sportsmanship Award for indoor track & field.
  • Competed in the 600 meters, the 800 meters, the mile run and the 4x400 meter relay during the indoor season. 
  • Recorded six top-10 finishes for the Maroon & Gold. 
  • Ran 1:20.64 for his best 600 meter time of the season at the Wieczorek Invitational, finishing fourth. 
  • Clocked a 1:52.76 for his top 800 meter time of the season at the Iowa State Classic. 
  • Helped the 4x400 meter relay team to a sixth-place finish at the Power 5 Invite at 3:17.71.
Outdoor Season
  • Team Captain.
  • The University of Minnesota's male recipient of the Big Ten Sportsmanship Award for outdoor track & field.
  • Competed in the 800 meters, the 4x400 meter relay and the 4x800 meter relay during the oudoor season. 
  • Recorded three top-10 finishes for the Maroon & Gold.
  • Best finish in the 800 meters came at the Duke Invitational where he ran a 1:53.64. 
  • Helped the 4x800 meter relay team to a fifth-place finish at Drake Relays with a time of 7:26.42. 
  • Competed at the Hurricane Invite as part of the 4x400 meter relay, finishing seventh at 3:20.44.

2018 SEASON
Indoor Track & Field
  • Competed in the 600 meters, the 800 meters and the 4x400 meter relay during the indoor campaign. 
  • Recorded seven top-10 finishes including three runner-up showings. 
  • Posted his top 600 meter time of 1:20.48 to finish fifth at the Emmerich Invite while his top 800 meter time of 1:51.92 came in the Big Ten indoor championship prelims. 
  • Helped the 4x400 meter relay team clock a 3:23.36 at the SDSU Open. 
Outdoor Track & Field
  • Competed in the 400 meters and the 800 meters during the outdoor campaign with two top-10 finishes. 
  • Recorded an outdoor 400 meter personal record of 50.14 to finish sixth at the Tomcat Twilight. 
  • Ran his fastest 800 meter of the season at the Cardinal Classic, posting a time of 1:52.77.

2017 SEASON
Indoor Track &Field
  • Competed in the 600 meters, the 800 meters and the 4x400 meter relay during the indoor season. 
  • Recorded six top-10 performances including a pair of event titles in the 800 meters. 
  • Recorded an indoor 800 meter personal record of 1:51.00 in the prelims at the Big Ten indoor championships.
  • Recorded an indoor 600 meter personal record of 1:20.21 to finish third at The Dual. 
  • Picked up 800 meter wins at the Jack Johnson Classic (1:52.58) and the Minnesota Open (1:53.51). 
Outdoor Track & Field 
  • Competed in the 800 meters, the 4x400 meter relay and the sprint medley relay.
  • Recorded six top-10 finishes during the season. 
  • Recorded an outdoor 800 meter personal record of 1:50.55 to finish ninth at the Baldy Castillo Invitational. 
  • Helped the sprint medley relay team finish 10th at Drake Relays with a time of 3:29.78.

2016 SEASON
Indoor Track & Field
  • Competed in the 600 meters, the 800 meters and the 4x400 meter relay during the indoor season.
  • Recorded his best 600 meter finish at 1:21.09 during The Dual. 
  • Ran 1:52.28 in the 800 meters at the Big Ten indoor championships for his best time of the season. 
  • Helped win the 4x400 meter relay at the Northwest Open with a time of 3:19.31. 
Outdoor Track & Field
  • Competed in the 800 meters and the 4x400 meter relay during the outdoor season. 
  • Recorded seven top-10 finishes including one win in the 800 meters. 
  • Picked up the 800 meter crown at the Tommie Twilight (1:52.79) and added runner-up performances in the event at the Holst Invitational and the Tom Cat Twilight. 
  • His best 800 time of the season came at the Virginia Challenge when he ran 1:52.03. 
  • Helped the 4x400 meter relay team to an eighth-place finish at the Baldy Castillo Invitational.
  • Earned first letter in track & field. 
  • Academic All-Big Ten and a Big Ten Distinguished Scholar. 
2015 SEASON
Indoor Track & Field
  • Redshirted the 2015 indoor track & field season.
  • Competed unattached in the 600 meters at the Northwest Open and the Minnesota Open.
Outdoor Track & Field
  • Redshirted the 2015 outdoor track & field season while competing unattached in the 800 meters. 
  • Won the 800 meters at the Bolstorff Invitational (1:54.54) and the Ashton May Invite (1:54.69).
