2015 • Freshman Season: Competed in all fourteen meets this season • competed in vault, uneven bars, and balance beam • finished second on vault with a score of 9.800 vs. Ohio State (1/31) • placed third on vault tallying 9.850 vs. New Hampshire reaching a season-high (2/28) • earned first varsity letter.
High School/Club: Was a teammate of fellow Gopher gymnast Rachel Haines at Geddert's Twistars Gymnastics Club • notched a perfect 10 in vault, as well as high scores of 9.625 on bars, 9.875 on beam, 9.725 on the floor, and 38.875 on the all-around • in 2013, won the all-around at the Daytona Beach Open and LGA Lucky Invite as well all five gold medals at the Brestyans Las Vegas meet • competedin three Junior Olympic competitions • won the vault and beam at the state championships and having placed second all-around • also lettered in twice in track in high school.
Personal: Academic letterwinner • lists making the Junior Olympic National Team as her most memorable sports thrill • plans to major in kinesiology • daughter of Steve and Pam Gardner • has a sister named Brooke and a brother named Steven • born Sept. 18, 1996.
