2021 Cross Country • Redshirt Sophomore Season: Named an Academic All-Big Ten honoree • opened the season with a 52nd place finish (24:33.6) at the St. Olaf Invitational, finishing sixth for the Gophers • placed 188th in the women’s gold 6k race at the Roy Griak Invitational, crossing the line in a time of 24:45.3.

2020 Cross Country • Redshirt Freshman Season: Named Academic All-Big Ten honoree • did not compete.

2021 Indoor Track & Field • Redshirt Freshman Season: Competed at one meet, running a career-best time of 5:12.97 in the mile at the Larry Wieczorek Invitational.

2021 Outdoor Track & Field • Redshirt Freshman Season: Named Academic All-Big Ten honoree • ran one race, placing 10th in the 5,000m in a career-best 18:20.20 at the M City Classic.

2019 Cross Country • Freshman Season: Ran five races unattached • ran a career-best 6K time of 22:02 and placed fourth at Jack’s Run.

2020 Indoor • Freshman Season: Ran four races while competing unattached • indoor season ended on March 12, 2020, when the Big Ten and NCAA announced they were ceasing competitions and championships because of COVID-19 public health concerns.

High School: A 2019 graduate of Eden Prairie High School where she competed for coaches Jeff Lindlief and Jummy Barlass • earned two varsity letters in cross country and three varsity letters in track & field • placed 41st as an individual qualifier at the 2018 Minnesota Class AA State Cross Country Championship as a senior, running 18:54.2 for 5K • 2019 Lake Conference champion in the 1600m • 2019 all-conference honoree in track & field • 2018 and 2019 academic all-state honoree in track & field • owns high school personal bests of 2:23 for 800m, 5:15 for 1600m, and 11:20 for 3200m • competed in Nordic skiing in 2015.
