2026 Outdoor Track & Field • Redshirt Sophomore Season: Tabbed as an Academic All-Big Ten honoree... Ran a 10000m time of 36:16.38 at the Raleigh Relays... Ran both the 800m and the 1500m at the Gene Glader Invitational.
2026 Indoor Track & Field • Redshirt Sophomore Season: Made appearances in five different indoor competitions for Minnesota... Opened the indoor season at the Minnesota Open with a win in the 3000m... Was 23rd at the Tyson Invitational in the 3000m with a lifetime best 9:48.09... Was 29th at the Big Ten Indoor Championships in the 5000m with a lifetime best 16:56.84.
2025 Cross Country • Redshirt Sophomore Season: Earned Academic All-Big Ten honors... Was a member of Minnesota's lineup six times during the cross country season... Was seventh for the Golden Gophers in both the NCAA Midwest Regional and the Big Ten Cross Country Championships... Finished fourth at the Gary Wilson Invitational in the 5000m in a season-best time of 17:18.88... Finished the season with a 1500m run at the Janis Rider/Doug Bolstorff Invite, winning in a time of 4:37.42.

2023 Cross Country • Freshman Season: Ran to three finishes during her redshirt campaign in Dinkytown... Ran to a time of 19:12.1 at the Oz Memorial (5K) to open the season... Ran next unattached at the Griak Invitational (6K) in a time of 23:16.6... Wrapped up cross country season at Rocky's Run in a 6K time of 22:24.0.
HIGH SCHOOL: Qualified for the IHSA 3A Girls State Track and Field Championships in the 1600m this last season after winning her sectional title in a lifetime best time of 5:07.89... On the cross country course Lange was second on her team at the state meet where her team finished seventh overall.
