2015 - Redshirt Senior Season: Named All-Big Ten Second Team and Academic All-Big Ten honoree - served as team captain - finished in Minnesota's top eight at all seven races, including five finishes in the top five - ran a season-best 20:29.0 to place 14th as the second Gopher at the Big Ten Championship - placed 27th overall as the third Gopher in 21:03.7 at the NCAA Midwest Regional - was the fourth Gopher in 153rd overall (21:13.6) at the NCAA Championship - finished third on the team and 86th overall at the Wisconsin adidas Invitational (20:52.5) - placed 39th overall as the fifth Gopher at the Greater Louisville Classic 5K (17:35.09) - finished fourth on the team and 35th overall at the Griak Invitational (22:28.9) - placed eighth on the team and 20th overall at the season-opening Oz Memorial (23:05.5).

2014 - Redshirt Junior Season: Named NCAA All-Midwest Region and Academic All-Big Ten - ran seven races - finished second on the team and fifth overall at the BYU Autumn Classic three-mile in 18:13.5 - led the Gophers at the Griak Invitational in 25th overall in 22:01.1 - placed second overall behind teammate Becca Dyson at the SDSU Classic 5K in 17:40.37 - finished third for the Gophers and 81st overall in 21:02 at the Wisconsin adidas Invitational - finished in 20:52.2 at the Big Ten Championships as the third Gopher in 30th place overall - ran a career-best time of 20:25.9 at the NCAA Midwest Regional, earning all-region honors in eighth place overall as the second Gopher - made her NCAA Championship debut, finishing third for the Gophers in 21:52.0 in 192nd overall.

2013 - Redshirt Sophomore Season: Named Academic All-Big Ten - named an alternate for the Big Ten Championship, NCAA Midwest Regional and the NCAA Championship - ran in four meets - led the Gophers and finished sixth overall with a career-best 21:21 in the open race of the Wisconsin adidas Invitational - took 10th overall at the Oz Memorial 6K (23:28.7) - ran a then-career best 22:02.8 as the Gophers' ninth runner at the Griak Invitational, finishing 51st overall - finished 10th overall and 10th on the team at the SDSU Classic with a 5K time of 18:08 - earned second varsity letter.

2012 - Redshirt Freshman: Finished 33rd (sixth on the team) at the Neubauer Invitational with a season-best time of 23:05.9 - finished four races total.

2011 - Freshman Season: Redshirted the 2011 cross country season and the 2012 indoor and outdoor track & field seasons.

High School: A 2011 graduate of Chaska High School - high school coaches were Scott Stallman and Nate Foss - six-year letterwinner in cross country - was a seven-time all-conference selection in cross country and track and field - five-time team MVP - three-time all-state selection in cross country and track - also participated in basketball and Nordic skiing - personal bests of 10:48 in 3200m, 5:00 in 1600m, 2:18 in 800m and 14:22 in 4000m - Athena Award Winner - dean's list.

Personal: Born July 27, 1992 - completed her undergraduate degree in strategic journalism with a minor in management - enrolled in a human resources graduate certificate program - daughter of Marty and Diane Urick - parents both competed in cross country and track at the University of St. Thomas - has two siblings, Jenna and Spencer.
