2023-24 Sophomore Season: Academic All-Big Ten honoree... winner of Outstanding Student-Athlete Award (GPA of 3.50+) at team banquet... First Chance Meet: won the 100 back (55.42) and placed second in the 200 back (2:02.56) and 200 IM (2:03.64)... Purdue/Iowa/Northwestern Quad-Dual: finished seventh in the 200 IM (2:03.56) and ninth in the 100 fly (56.57)... Pitt Dual: got fourth in the 200 IM (2:09.05) and sixth in the 100 fly (59.30)... Tampa Dual: collected sixth-place finishes in the 50 free (25.36) and the 100 fly (59.89)... Northwestern/Purdue/Iowa Quad-Dual: took seventh in the 200 IM (2:03.94), 10th in the 100 fly (56.47) and 12th in the 100 back (56.25); also part of the 200 medley relay that took fourth (1:40.90) and the 200 free relay that was seventh (1:35.55) ... Why Minnesota: "I chose the University of Minnesota because of the team atmosphere and drive. It was also a nice distance from my hometown, and I had heard lots of good things. Competing at the Big Ten level has always been a dream of mine. They also have a perfect combination of world class academics and elite athletics."
