2011-12 ? SOPHOMORE SEASON: Had a 2-4 singles record and 0-2 in doubles matches of the season ? Beat Wisconsin-Milwaukee's Beth Ganser at Northern Iowa Invitational in Waterloo, Iowa on 9/24 and Adele Henke of Bradley in a match tiebreaker at the Central Regional on 10/20 ? Playing with Pauline Gilbert, lost against Arkansas State and Creighton at the Central Regional Championships in Tulsa, Okla.
2010-11 ? FRESHMAN SEASON: Finished year with a 5-13 singles ledger and a 3-8 record in doubles ? Appeared in five matches in the spring season ? Went 5-9 in singles play in the fall ? Won five of first seven matches including three at the UNI Fall Invitational (9/24-26) ? Four of five wins came in straight sets ? Went 3-4 in doubles competition, playing all six matches with Peta Forsyth.
HIGH SCHOOL: Earned six varsity letters in tennis at Southwest High School ? Head coach was Scott Danielson ? Captained the team and won Team MVP honors in her junior and senior years ? Was an all-city honoree from 2005-10 ? Won the Girls 18s USTA Arthur Ashe Essay Contest in 2009.
