2012-13 FRESHMAN SEASON: Posted a 1-3 overall singles record and an undefeated 4-0 doubles mark during the fall season • Made her collegiate debut at the Gopher Invitational (Sept. 14-16) • Marked her first win against teammate Pauline Gilbert (6-1, 6-2) in the consolation quarterfinals • Paired with Gilbert for the doubles competition and tallied a 3-0 record to take home the title in the Gophers Flight • Topped Anastasia Hueffner and Marcelli Magday of Air Force in the championship match, 9-7 • Competed in the team[apos]s spring dual against Carleton (Feb. 16) and tallied a two-set win at the No. 5 position • Also competed at No. 3 doubles with Emilie Renault and posted a win over Molly Hemes and Joyce Yu • Won the team[apos]s Belmar Gunderson Award, which is given out by the coaching staff and is presented to the student athlete who consistently finds a way to persevere in the midst of adverse conditions and unfavorable odds.
