Went 6-11 in singles and 2-9 in doubles • Earned her first Big Ten singles victory on Feb. 21 against Michelle Bacalla of Iowa • 11 of her singles matches came from the No. 4 position • Four of her victories came in conference play.
2020 FALL SEASON

2020 SPRING SEASON
Saw action in two matches during the 2020 spring season • Went 2-0 in doubles with partner Juliet Zhang • Clinched singles wins over Frida Soko of North Dakota and South Dakota’s Eesha Varma.
2019 FALL SEASON
Secured her first collegiate win 6-3, 7-6 over Allie Ochotorena of North Dakota • Went 7-2 at the 2019 Gopher Invitational with wins over North Dakota, Drake, Northern Iowa, Milwaulkee, and Iowa • defeated Luciana Rabires of UConn 6-3,6-4 at the FGCU Invitational • Ended the Fall season with a combined record of 9-4.
HIGH SCHOOL
Attended an American school in Uruguay until eighth grade • To finish high school, she enrolled in K12 Online School in Florida • Played for the Uruguay national team in South American Tournaments • Played in the 2016 Junior Fed Cup and was ranked third in the South American Tennis Confederation • Held a No. 1 ranking over the course of a few years and competed in many Grade A and One ITF tournaments.
PERSONAL
Lucia is the daughter of Ana Pastorino and Omar de Santa Ana, a former professional basketball player for Defensor Sporting Club and Uruguayan national basketball champion in 1985 • She has two older sisters, Gianna and Jessica • Majoring in Architecture • Most memorable sports moment was when she played for the Uruguayan national team at the 2016 Jr Fed Cup in Hungary.
