2022 SPRING SEASON
Unanimous All-B1G Team selection for second consecutive season • tied for third on the team in singles victories (20) and ranked second on the team in doubles victories (22) • went 11-8 in singles play and 16-5 in doubles play • went 2-1 in singles play and 2-0 in doubles play at the Florida Gulf Coast Hidden Dual • primarily played at the No. 1 singles position, going 10-8 • went 6-4 in singles and 9-3 in doubles in Big Ten play • defeated No. 71 Csilla Floor of Purdue 6-4, 3-6, 6-4 (Apr. 24) • defeated No. 87 Clarissa Hand of Northwestern 6-7, 7-5, 6-3 (March 20) • 8-3 with primary doubles partner Emilee Duong • 7-2 with doubles partner Dalila Said • ranked No. 98 by ITA during preseason.

2021 FALL SEASON
9-1 in singles play and 6-4 in doubles play during the Fall season • went 3-0 in singles play and 3-2 in doubles play during the Gopher Invitational (Sept. 24-26) • went 3-1 in singles play and 1-1 in doubles play in the ITA Central Regional (Oct. 21-24) • went 3-0 in singles play and 2-1 in doubles play in Harvard Invitational (Nov. 5-7).

2021 SPRING SEASON
Unanimous All-B1G Team selection • Lead team in singles wins with 12 • Went 10-10 in doubles play • Was ranked as high as 70 in the ITA player rankings • 13 of her singles matches came from the No. 1 position • Had two ranked victories - Ayana Akli of Maryland (89) and Asuka Kawai of Illinois (107) • Appeared in top-125 of ITA singles rankings for five straight weeks.

2020 FALL SEASON

HIGH SCHOOL
Rachel attended St. Martin Catholic Secondary School • At 16, she was an Indoor Provincial singles finalist and doubles champion, a finalist at the Canadian Indoor Nationals and a member of the U16 Canadian Fed Cup team • In her senior year, Hanford was an Outdoor Provincial singles finalist and doubles champion, finished sixth at the Outdoor Canadian Nationals and was a G4 doubles champion.
