2016 Season -- Indoor: Competed in pole vault at four meets - cleared a career-best 3.67m (12-00.50) to place fourth in pole vault at the Parents Day Invite.
2016 Season -- Outdoor: Competed in pole vault at four meets - cleared a career-best 3.70m (12-01.50) to place third while competing unattached at the Meet of the Un-Saintly.
2015 Season -- Indoor: Competed in the pole vault at four meets - cleared a career-best 3.62m (11-10.50) to place 10th at Parents Day Invite.
2015 Season -- Outdoor: Competed in the pole vault at seven meets - cleared an outdoor career-best 3.55m (11-07.75) at both the Meet of the Un-Saintly and the Triton Invitational.
2014 Season: Redshirted the indoor and outdoor track & field seasons.
High School: A 2013 graduate of Eastview High Schools - coaches were Jorjean Fischer and Jason Larsons - set pole vault personal bests of 11-0 indoor and 11-6 outdoors - team placed ninth at the Minnesota State AA Meet as a seniors - competed in pole vault at the state meet, taking sixth (11-3) as a junior and second (11-6) as a seniors - All-South Suburban Conference honoree in 2013s - named all-state in 2012 and 2013 s - named All-American at USA Youth Outdoor Track & Field Championships in 2012 - three-year track & field letterwinner - track team captain in 2013 - two-time Most Valuable Athlete - ole vault school record holder (11-6) - three-time academic all-state honoree and honor roll member - competed with club team Fuzion Athletics - two-time UCA national champion in competitive cheerleading with Northern Elite All-Stars - was an AP Scholar with distinction and graduated with honors - earned President's Education Award - named a STEM Scholar - four-year academic letterwinner.
Personal: Born September 1, 1995 - daughter of Bill and Cindy Funk - has one sister, Hailey - majoring in mathematics - enjoys camping, swimming and spending time with family.
