2019 Indoor Track & Field • Redshirt Freshman Season: Competed at six meets, including three appearances in the pentathlon • scored a career-best 3,695 points to place 10th in the pentathlon at the Big Ten Championship • recorded career bests in the 60m hurdles (9.22), high jump (1.62m, 5-03.75), long jump (5.71m, 18-08.75), and 800m (2:31.15), during the B1G pentathlon • recorded a career-best mark of 12.36m (40-06.75) in shot put during the SDSU Holiday Multi pentathlon.

2019 Outdoor Track & Field • Redshirt Freshman Season: Letterwinner • competed at five meets, including two appearances in the heptathlon • scored a career-best 5,150 points to place fifth in the heptathlon at the Big Ten Championship • set career-bests in the 100m hurdles (14.84), high jump (1.63m, 5-04.25), shot put (12.96m, 42-06.25), and javelin (39.52m, 129-08) during the B1G heptathlon • set a career best in the 200m (25.42) during the Jim Click Shootout heptathlon • recorded a career-best mark of 5.55m (18-02.50) in long jump at the Duke Invite • ran a career-best 2:30.74 in the 800m at the Kip Janvrin Open • ended the season ranked ninth in the heptathlon (5,150) among all-time Gophers.
