2015 Season - Indoor: Ran three races · placed fourth in the 600m in a season-best 1:38.29 at the Minnesota-Wisconsin Dual · placed fifth in the 600m (1:39.22) at Parents Day Invite · ran on runner-up 4x400m relay team at Parents Day Invite.
2015 Season - Outdoor: Ran seven races, including five appearances in the 400m hurdles · recorded a season-best 1:03.41 to place third in the 400m hurdles at the Jaguar Challenge · won the 400m hurdles at the Tommie Twilight (1:04.64) and Hamline Twilight (1:05.32) · ran the 4x400m relay twice · Academic All-Big Ten honoree.
2014 Season - Indoor: Ran career-best times in three events · ran a career-best 26.88 in the 200m at the Jack Johnson Classic · finished second in the 400m in a personal-best 58.82 at St. Thomas Showcase · placed fourth in the 600m in a career-best 1:37.10 at Parents Day Open · ran on the 4x400m relay twice.
2014 Season - Outdoor: Ran the 400m hurdles at six meets and recorded a career-best time of 1:00.76 · finished 11th (1:03.45) in the 400m hurdles at the Big Ten Championships · won the 400m hurdles at USF Collegiate (1:00.76) and Spec Towns (1:01.34) · ran the 4x200m relay at TSU Relays (1:43.90) · ran the 4x400m relay at USF Collegiate and Spec Towns.
2013 Season - Indoor: Posted a season-best time of 58.82 in the 400m at the Iowa State Classic · also competed in the 4x400m relay during the season.
2013 Season - Outdoor: Posted the season's fastest 400m hurdles time by a Gopher at the Big Ten Championships (1:01.82), finishing 12th · turned in runner-up finishes in the 400m hurdles at the Musco Twilight, Viking Classic, Hamline Twilight and UNLV Invitational.
2012 Season: Redshirted the indoor and outdoor track seasons.
High School: A 2011 graduate from South High School in Fargo, N.D. · earned all-conference honors in 2009 and 2010 · conference champion in the 200m (2011) · conference champion in the 400m (2011) · 4x400m relay was named all-conference champion (2011) · finished all-conference champion in the 4x400m relay (2009) · holds records at South High School in the 4x400m relay · three-time letterwinner in cross country (2009, 2010 and 2011) · four-time letterwinner in track.
