2024 Outdoor Track & Field • Sophomore Season: Was a redshirt competitor in four outdoor meets... Qualified for the USA U20 Championships in Eugene, Ore., finished 12th with a toss of 13.85m (45-5 1/4)... Won three meets as an unattached athlete in the shot put, posting a season-best mark of 14.11m (46-3 1/2) at the Hamline Invitational... Had a season-best hammer throw mark of 41.71m (136-10) at the Janis Rider/Doug Bolstorff Invite, finishing 12th.

2024 Indoor Track & Field • Sophomore Season: Completed redshirt season indoors... Competed unattached at four indoor meets... Was second in the shot put at the Snowshoe Open with a season-best throw of 14.24m (46-8 3/4)... Was second in the shot put at the Gopher Classic with a toss of 13.40m (43-11 3/4)... Threw a season-best weight throw mark of 16.96m (55-7 3/4) at the Gopher Classic to finish fourth...

HIGH SCHOOL
Was the 2023 WIAA D2 State Track and Field runner-up in the shot put and posted a lifetime best in the event at the regional meet (13.93m | 45-8 1/2)... Was the state runner-up at the indoor state meet and was a three-time state finalist in the shot put outdoors.
