2024 Outdoor Track & Field • Grad Season: Earned a spot on the Academic All-Big Ten team... Won her fifth Big Ten 4x400m relay title, the second outdoors, with a season-best time of 3:33.34... Finished fourth overall in the Big Ten in the 400m with a time of 53.27... Helped the Gophers claim the 2024 Big Ten Outdoor Championship, the first outdoor team title since 2018... Reached the NCAA West Regional first round in both the 400m and the 4x400m relay... Finished 28th at the NCAA West Regional in Fayetteville, Ark., in the 400m in season-best time of 53.08... Ended her career at Minnesota with the No. 3 400m time in school history (52.33), the No. 10 time in the 200m (23.92) and the No. 1, No. 6, No. 7 and No. 8 times on the program top 10 in the 4x400m relay (School record: 3:31.37).

2024 Indoor Track & Field • Grad Season: Ran at six different meets during the indoor campaign... Won her fourth Big Ten 4x400m relay title, the third indoors, with a season-best time of 3:33.83... Finished fifth at the Big Ten Indoor Championships in the 400m in a season-best time of 53.07... Won the 400m at the Simmons-Harvey meet in Ann, Arbor, Mich., as well as the Meyo Invitational... Ran the 600m at the M City Indoor Classic to open up the season... Ended indoor career with the No. 2 all-time performance in the 400m (53.00), the No. 9 time in the 200m (24.26) and the school record, No. 2, No. 3 and No. 9 times in the 4x400m relay (School record: 3:32.94).

2023 Outdoor Track & Field - Senior Season: Finished her season running in the 400m preliminary and semi-final races at the NCAA West Preliminary Round for an eighteenth-place preliminary time of 53.18 and 23rd-place semi-final time of 53.40… During the Big Ten Outdoor Championships, Josephs registered a seventh-place preliminary time of 53.14 and fifth-place final time of 52.38 during the 400m races along with finishing sixth in the 4x400m relay at the time 3:39.20… Competed in four more 400m races during the start of the season; this included a first-place and season-best time of 52.33 at the Jim Click Shootout 2023 Multi as well as a second-place time of 53.94 at the Clyde Hart Classic… Participated in three additional 4x400m relays with third-place times of 3:35.20 at the LSU Alumni Gold and 3:43.43 at the USF Bulls Invitational along with a second-place time of 3:36.29 during the Clyde Hart Classic… Raced in one 200m event for fifth place at a time of 23.95 during the Jim Click Shootout 2023 Multi

2023 Indoor Track & Field - Senior Season: Participated in the preliminary and final 400m races at the Big Ten Indoor Championships along with the 4x400m relay; this included a seventh-place preliminary time of 53.38, fifth-place season-best and final time of 53.00, and third place season-high relay time of 3:34.16… Participated in three more 400m races including a first-place result at the Cyclone Open and third-place finish during the 2023 Meyo Invitational (ND IND TF) with the same time of 54.04… Competed in five additional 4x400m relay events with three first-place finishes at the 2023 Meyo Invitational (ND IND TF), Cyclone Open, and Leonard Hilton Memorial Invitational along with two second-place results during the Wisconsin Badger’s Windy City Invite II and Ice Breaker Open & Multi… Placed third in the only 200m race for the season at the Leonard Hilton Memorial Invitational with the time 24.68
