2016 Season - Indoor: Named All-Big Ten First Team honoree - named team captain - competed at four meets with two appearances in the pentathlon - won the final three events of the Big Ten pentathlon to win her second B1G pentathlon title with a Big Ten and Minnesota record 4,393 points - ran a season-best 8.75 in the B1G pentathlon 60m hurdles - won the B1G pentathlon shot put with a career-best throw of 13.98m (45-10.50) - won the B1G pentathlon 800m in a career-best 2:10.33 - placed sixth in long jump (5.92m, 19-05.25) at Big Tens - ran a career-best 1:32.63 in the 600m as runner-up at the Minnesota-Wisconsin Dual - named Big Ten Field Athlete of the Week after winning all five pentathlon events at the CSS Opener en route to the pentathlon title with 4,242 points - recorded a career-best 6.06m (19-10.75) in long jump in the CSS Opener pentathlon to move into fifth in Minnesota history - cleared a season-best 1.73m (5-08.00) in high jump in the CSS Opener pentathlon.

2016 Season - Outdoor: Named U.S. Olympic Trials qualifier, First Team All-American, All-Big Ten First Team, CoSIDA Academic All-America Second Team, CoSIDA Academic All-District, USTFCCCA All-Academic team honoree, Big Ten Distinguished Scholar, and Academic All-Big Ten honoree - NCAA Championship qualifier in the heptathlon - placed seventh in the heptathlon (5,835 points) at the NCAA Championship, including a career-best time of 14.22 in the 100m hurdles, a third-place showing in the shot put with a season-best throw of 13.42m (44-00.50), and fourth-place finish in the javelin (44.61m, 146-04) - finished as B1G heptathlon champion with 5,763 points while also placing seventh in javelin (46.56m, 152-09) and 14th in long jump (5.70m, 18-08.50) at the Big Ten Championship - won long jump (5.85m, 19-02.50), shot put (13.17m, 43-02.50), and javelin (43.15m, 141-07) and tied for first in high jump (1.74m, 5-08.50) during B1G heptathlon - scored a season-best 5,917 points to place sixth in the heptathlon at Mt. SAC Relays, winning the 800m (2:12.17) and javelin (46.54m, 152-08) during Mt. SAC Relays heptathlon - scored 5,806 points to place 12th in the heptathlon at the U.S. Olympic Trials, including setting a heptathlon career-best mark of 47.36m (155-04) for third place in javelin.

2015 Season - Indoor: Named First Team All-American and First Team All-Big Ten honoree - named team captain - placed fifth in the pentathlon at the NCAA Championship - became Minnesota's first Big Ten pentathlon champion since 2008 - broke the Minnesota program record in the pentathlon with 4,372 points at the NCAA Championship - broke the pentathlon program record three times throughout the season, scoring 4,289 points at the Jack Johnson Classic, 4,361 at the Big Ten Championship and 4,372 at the NCAA Championship - set career-best marks in all seven events in which she competed - finished the indoor season as the Gophers' record-holder in the pentathlon (4,372 points) and also ranked among the Gophers' top-10 all-time performers in the 60m hurdles (fourth at 8.67), high jump (tied for fifth at 1.74m) and long jump (tied for fifth at 6.02m) - won the 600m in a career-best 1:33.83 at the Minnesota-Wisconsin Dual and finished the season as the third-fastest Gopher 600m runner - third-fastest 60m hurdler on the team with a career-best 8.67 during the Big Ten pentathlon - recorded team's best long jump of the season with a career-best 6.02m during the Big Ten pentathlon - recorded career bests in the 800m (2:13.90), shot put (13.74m) and high jump (1.74m) during the NCAA pentathlon.

2015 Season - Outdoor: Named First Team All-American, First Team All-Big Ten, Capital One Academic All-District, Big Ten Distinguished Scholar, and Academic All-Big Ten honoree - placed fifth in the heptathlon at NCAA Championship with 5,965 points - won Big Ten heptathlon title with a Minnesota school record and Big Ten Championship record 6,014 points - placed fourth in the javelin at Big Tens (47.19m, 154-10.25) to combine for 15 points at the B1G meet - set career-best marks in six of seven heptathlon events - set career-best marks in the 100m hurdles (14.30) and long jump (6.06m, 19-10.75), placed second in the javelin with a season-best throw of 47.82m (156-11), and took third in the 800m (2:14.88) in the NCAA heptathlon - won the final three events of the B1G heptathlon and had career-best marks in the 800m (2:11.44), 100m hurdles (14.41), high jump (1.76m, 5-09.25), and long jump (6.00m, 19-08.25) at Big Tens - won the heptathlon at the Virginia Challenge with a then-school record 5,912 points in her season-debut in the heptathlon - set career-bests in the 200m (24.97) and shot put (13.99m, 45-10.75) at Virginia - ended the season ranked tied for third in high jump (1.76m (5-09.25), fifth in long jump (6.06m, 19-10.75), and 10th in the 100m hurdles (14.30) among all-time Gophers - Big Ten Distinguished Scholar.

2014 Season - Indoor: Named team captain - named Second Team All-American and All-Big Ten Second Team honoree - set career-best marks in all five pentathlon events - finished the indoor season ranked second in pentathlon (4,172), eighth in long jump (19-04.25, 5.90m), 10th in 60m hurdles (8.81) and tied for 10th in high jump (5-07, 1.70m) among the Gopher all-time indoor ranks - finished ninth in the pentathlon with a career-best 4,172 points at the NCAA championships with personal-best marks in the 60-meter hurdles (8.81), high jump (5-07, 1.70m) and long jump (19-4.25, 5.90m) - finished as Big Ten pentathlon runner-up with 4,054 points and set career-best mark in the shot put (43-09.25, 13.34m) - ran career-best 2:14.18 in the 800m at the Bill Bergan Invite and finished third in the pentathlon (4,008).

2014 Season - Outdoor: Named USTFCCCA All-Academic honoree, Big Ten Distinguished Scholar, and Academic All-Big Ten honoree - competed in the heptathlon at two meets and appeared at four meets total - named All-Big Ten Second Team honoree - scored season-best 5,490 points as Big Ten heptathlon runner-up to rank second in Gopher history - recorded four season-best marks at Big Tens, winning the heptathlon shot put (43-02.50, 13.17m) and javelin (152-8, 46.54m), taking fourth in long jump at 18-05 (5.61m) and finishing fifth in high jump at 5-04.50 (1.64m) - placed second in the Big Ten 800m heptathlon (2:20.18), eighth in the 200m (26.01) and ninth in the 100m hurdles (15.12) - finished seventh in the javelin at Big Tens as well, improving on her mark during the heptathlon javelin with a new career-best throw of 159-07 (48.65m) to rank 10th all-time in Gopher history - placed fifth in the heptathlon (5,444) at Spec Towns Invite and ran a season-best 2:14.78 in 800m - ran season-best times in the 100m hurdles (14.58) and 200m (25.93) at USF Collegiate.

2013 Season: Named Academic All-Big Ten honoree - redshirted the indoor and outdoor track & field seasons.

2012 Season - Indoor: Scored the eighth-best pentathlon point total in school history (3,516) at the Big Ten Championships to place 10th - marked season-bests of 9.27 in the 60m hurdles, 5-0 1/4 (1.53m) in the high jump, 36-11 3/4 (11.27m) in the shot put, 17-5 1/4 (5.31m) in the long jump and 2:20.70 in the 800m - placed tenth at the Iowa State Classic pentathlon with 3,488 points, temporarily becoming the ninth-best pentathlete in school history - runner-up in the pentathlon at the Jack Johnson Classic (3,388).

2012 Season - Outdoor: Finished seventh in javelin at the Big Ten Championships with a season-best throw of 144-8 (44.18m) - won the javelin at the Hamline Invite - also competed in the 200m, 100m hurdles, high jump, long jump and shot put during the season.

High School: A 2011 graduate of Dickinson High School - high school coach were Jay Schobinger, Dave Michaelson, Scott Hoffman and Dennis Morris - was named the 2011 Senior Athlete of the Year - lettered four years in basketball and volleyball, with six letters in varsity track and field - career best throw in the javelin was a 140-6 - 127-6 in the discus - 17-11 mark in the long jump - 44.23 in the 300m high hurdles - 59.7 in the 400m - named the 2010 and 2011 Herb Herauf Female Athlete of the Year - served as team captain her junior and senior year.

Personal: Born January 17, 1993 - completed undergraduate degree in elementary education - completing special education masters of education - daughter of Carol and TJ Herauf - has one older brother, Ben, and two younger brothers, Luke and Mike - maiden name is Jess Herauf - married to former Gopher men's track & field thrower Jon Lehman, who competed for the Gophers from 2009-10 to 2012-13 - enjoys the lake, camping, wakeboarding, sand volleyball, snowboarding and anything outdoors.
