2015 Season - Indoor: Named team captain - ran in 10 races - moved into seventh in Minnesota history in the 400m with a career-best 55.09 for 10th at the Big Ten Championship - moved into ninth all-time in the 200m with a career-best 24.66 at the Husker Invitational - led off the Gophers' second-fastest 4x400m relay in program history in 3:37.03 for fourth place at the Big Ten Championship.

2015 Season - Outdoor: Named Second Team All-American, Second Team All-Big Ten, and Academic All-Big Ten honoree - ran 15 races, including appearances in the 400m, 4x100m relay, and 4x400m relay - ended the season ranked ninth in Minnesota history in the 400m with a career-best 54.93 for 10th at the Triton Invitational - placed 13th in the 4x400m relay (3:35.90) at the NCAA Championship - advanced to the NCAA Championship in the 4x400m relay after finishing fifth at the NCAA West Prelims in a Minnesota program record of 3:32.68 - placed second in the 4x400m relay (3:33.76) and fourth in the 4x100m relay (45.17) at Big Ten Championships - won the 4x400m relay at Musco Twilight, Triton Invitational, and Baylor Invitational - ran third on the fifth-fastest (45.17) and eighth-fastest (45.47) 4x100m relay teams in program history - won the 4x100m relay at the Jaguar Challenge and Musco Twilight and finished second at both the Triton Invitational and John McDonnell InviteÂ - USTFCCCA All-Academic team honoree.Â

2014 Season - Indoor: Ran 13 races - clocked career-bests in the 200m (25.23) and the 400m (56.23) at Iowa State Classic - ran the 400m in 56.46 in the Big Ten preliminaries - ran on school-record 4x400m relay team that took third at the Big Ten championship in 3:36.67 - ran on first-place 4x400m relay team at Northwest Open.

2014 Season - Outdoor: Finished 19th in the 4x400m relay at the NCAA national championships in 3:37.08 - advanced to the NCAA national championships in the 4x400m relay after finishing 11th at the NCAA West Prelims in a Minnesota program record of 3:34.71 - finished 15th in the 4x100m relay with a season-best 44.91 at NCAA West Prelims - placed third in the 4x400m relay (3:35.07), fifth in the 4x100m relay (45.56) and 13th in the 400m (55.49) at Big Ten Championships - finished fourth in the 200m in a career-best 24.79 at USF Collegiate - finished second in the 400m in a career-best 55.15 at UC San Diego to rank ninth among Gophers all-time - ran back-to-back program records in the 4x400m relay at Big Tens and NCAA West Prelims - won the 4x100m relay (45.58) and the 4x400m relay (3:39.43) at UC San Diego - won the 4x100m relay at Spec Towns (45.29) - ran on the 4x100m, 4x200m and sprint medley relay teams at TSU Relays - Academic All-Big Ten honoree - USTFCCCA All-Academic honoree.

2013 Season - Indoor: The third runner on the Gophers' second-best all-time 4x400m relay, which finished fourth at the Big Ten Championships (3:40.99) - ran a season-best time of 56.66 in the open 400m at the Big Ten meet - part of runner-up 4x400m teams at the Iowa State and Bison Classic meets - also ran the 200m (25.74 at the Meyo Invitational) and distance medley relay.

2013 Season - Outdoor: Finished seventh in the 400m at the Big Ten Championships (56.00) - posted the school's all-time ninth-fastest 400m time in Big Ten prelims (55.57) - part of the fourth-place 4x400m and seventh-place 4x100m relays at the Big Ten Championships - won the 100m hurdles at the Viking Classic and Hamline Twilight - best hurdles time was 1:02.49 at Alabama - Academic All-Big Ten honoree.

2012 Season - Indoor: Competed at the Big Ten Championships, running the open 400m (56.93) in addition to a leg on the 4x400-meter relay team that placed seventh overall (3:44.08) - placed second in the 400m at the MSU Open (57.81) - finished second at the Holiday Inn Invitational in the 400m (58.37) - ran the 200m in 25.29 at the Iowa State Classic.

2012 Season - Outdoor: Competed in the 4x400m relay at the NCAA West Preliminary Round meet - competed in the 400m at the Big Ten Championships - part of the 4x400m team that finished second at the Bulldog Invitational with the fifth-best time in school history - part of second-place 4x400m team at the Arkansas Invitational - posted a season-best time of 1:01.94 in the 400m hurdles at the Arkansas Invitational - Academic All-Big Ten honoree - USTFCCCA All-Academic honoree.

High School: A graduate of Wausau West High School in Wausau, Wis. - high school coach was John Masanz - two-time 100m conference champion (2010 and 2011) - three-time 200m conference champion (2009, 2010 and 2011) - 400m conference champion in three seasons (2009, 2010 and 2011) - three-time conference champion in long jump (2009, 2010 and 2011) - holds high school records in the 100m, 200m, long jump, long jump relays and 800m - lettered four years in track and field - also lettered four years in basketball - McDonalds All-American nominee in basketball.

Personal: Born August 5, 1991 - double-major in business and marketing education and human resource development with a minor in management - daughter of George and Darcy Waldvogel - has two siblings named Amanda and Adam.
