2014 Season - Outdoor: Competed in six races • ran a career-best 2:22.11 in the 800m for 16th place at UW-La Crosse • recorded a season-best time in the 200m (26.85) at UC San Diego • placed fourth in the 400m in a season-best 59.21 at Hamline • ran the 800m at Concordia St. Paul (2:22.46) and Carleton Relays (2:22.88) • Academic All-Big Ten honoree.

2013 Season: Did not compete during the indoor or outdoor seasons • Academic All-Big Ten honoree.

2012 Season - Indoor: Ran the 400m in 57.88 at Meyo Invitational • ran on 4x400m relay team that placed third (3:50.26) at the Holiday Inn Invitational • placed fourth in the 400m at Parents Day Open, running 58.72 • best finish in the 200m came at Holiday Inn Invitational (26.01).

2012 Season - Outdoor: Did not compete.

2011 Season - Indoor: Competed at the Meyo Invitational in the 200m and finished in 26.12 • ran the 200m at the Iowa State Classic in 26.33 • ran a 26.67 at the Jack Johnson Classic • competed in the 400m at the Iowa State Classic and finished in 58.44 • ran a 58.66 the Meyo Invitational • finished fourth at the Parents[apos] Day Open (58.99) • competed at the Minnesota Open and finished second (60.53) • clocked in at 60.75 at the Jack Johnson Classic.

2011 Season - Outdoor: Competed at the Musco Twilight in the 200m and finished eleventh (25.97) • ran to an eighth place finish at the Tommie Twilight (26.24) • competed at the Jim Click Shootout in the 400m and finished seventh (58.57) • took sixth at the Tommie Twilight in the 400m (58.68).

2010 Season: Redshirted the indoor and outdoor track seasons.

High School: A 2009 graduate of Providence Academy • high school coach was Nate Millerbernd • state champion in the 4x100m relay in 2008 and in the 4x200m relay in 2008 and 2009 • placed in the 400m in 2007, 2008 and 2009 and the 200m run in 2009 • also competed in the 4x200m relay in 2007 • helped team win state title in 2008 • state runner-up in 2009 • three-time all-conference honoree • two-time all-state honoree • set school records in the 200m, 400m, 4x100m relay and 4x200m relay • named all-conference in soccer in 2007 and 2008 • a member of the Plymouth Soccer Association • participated in travel club soccer from 2003 to 2009 • lettered in track (3), soccer (4) and cross country (1) • received the Academics, Arts and Athletics Award • member of the National Honor Society • named to headmaster[apos]s list.
