High School: A 2016 graduate of Lincoln High School in Thief River Falls, Minn., where she competed for coaches Dan Jago, Cara Jago, and Mike Biermaier • three-sport letterwinner for the Prowlers, earning six letters in track & field along with being a five-year letterwinner in both volleyball and basketball • five-time state meet qualifier in both the 100m hurdles and 300m hurdles • earned nine top-10 finishes at the Minnesota Class AA State Track & Field Championship, including back-to-back titles in the 300-meter hurdles as a senior (41.35) and junior (42.13) after finishing as runner-up as a sophomore (43.44) and freshman (44.07), having also won the state title as an eighth grader (43.48) • finished as 100m hurdles state runner-up as a senior (14.27) after placing 10th as a junior, sixth as a sophomore, 13th as a freshman, and 10th as an eighth grader • 10-time Heart of Lakes Conference champion, earning 100m, 200m, and 300m hurdles titles as a senior; 200m, 400m, and 4x100m relay titles as a junior; and 100m hurdles, 300m hurdles, 4x200m relay, and triple jump titles as a sophomore • earned All-Heart of Lakes Conference honors as a sophomore, junior, and senior • five-year all-state honoree • placed fifth in the 400m hurdles (58.85) at the 2016 USA Junior Outdoor Track & Field Championships to earn USATF All-American honors • all-time MSHSL record-holder in the 300-meter hurdles who also held Lincoln High School records in 100m, 200m, 400m, 100m hurdles, 300m hurdles, long jump, triple jump, 4x100m relay, and 4x200m relay • owns high school personal-best marks of 58.85 in the 400m hurdles, 41.35 in the 300m hurdles, and 14.27 in the 100m hurdles, along with 12.48 (100m), 25.4 (200m), 56.70 (400m), 2:20.62 (800m), 4-11 (high jump), 17-03 (long jump), and 35-11.50 (triple jump) • recorded 1,000 career kills in volleyball and scored 1,000 career points in basketball for the Prowlers along with competing at state tournaments in both sports in high school.
