2019 Indoor Track & Field • Senior Season: Competed unattached in shot put and weight throw at five meets, recording career-best marks in both events.

2019 Outdoor Track & Field • Senior Season: Named Academic All-Big Ten • competed unattached at four meets • recorded a career-best throw of 17.18m (56-04.50) to win shot put at the Minnesota Twilight • recorded a season-best throw of 50.92m (167-01) to win discus at the Meet of the UnSaintly • recorded a season-best throw of 63.18m (207-03) as hammer throw runner-up at the Minnesota Twilight • finished in the top three in all 10 competitions, winning three shot put titles, two discus titles, and two hammer throw titles, all unattached • placed second in hammer (58.87m, 193-01) and third in shot put (16.34m, 53-07.50) at the JAAA Senior National Championships.

2018 Indoor Track & Field • Junior Season: Named Second Team All-American in weight throw • competed at nine meets, with eight appearances each in shot put and weight throw • NCAA Indoor Championship qualifier in weight throw, placing 16th with a throw of 19.71m (64-08.00) • placed fourth in weight throw (career-best 21.48m, 70-05.75) and 13th in shot put (15.30m, 50-02.00) at the Big Ten Championship • threw a career-best 16.24m (53-03.50) to win shot put at the Minnesota Open • ended the season ranked third among all-time Gophers in both the shot put (16.24m, 53-03.50) and weight throw (21.48m, 70-05.75).

2018 Outdoor Track & Field • Junior Season: Named Second Team All-American in hammer throw • letterwinner • competed in shot put at five meets, discus at five meets, and hammer throw at eight meets • NCAA Outdoor Championship qualifier in hammer throw, placing 15th with a throw of 61.03m (200-02) • NCAA West Prelim qualifier in hammer throw and shot put, placing 12th in hammer (61.31m, 201-02) and 26th in shot (15.41m, 50-06.75) • placed fourth in hammer throw (61.22m, 200-10), seventh in shot put (15.92m, 52-02.75), and 17th in discus (45.25m, 148-05) at Big Ten Championship • recorded a career-best throw of 16.04m (52-07.50) in shot put at Louisville to move into fifth among all-time Gophers • recorded a career-best throw of 52.67m (172-10) in discus as runner-up at the Cougar Invite to move into 10th among all-time Gophers • recorded a career-best throw of 64.25m (210-10) in hammer throw at the Beach Invite to move into second among all-time Gophers • ended the season ranked second in hammer throw (64.26m, 210-10), fifth in shot put (16.04m, 52.07.50), and 10th in discus (52.67m, 172-10) among all-time Gophers • won hammer throw national title (57.83m, 189-08), placed third in shot put (15.48m, 50-09.50), and finished sixth in discus (49.47m, 162-03) at the Jamaica National Senior Championships • represented the Jamaican national team at the inaugural Athletics World Cup in London, placing eighth in hammer throw (56.36m, 184-11).

2016-17 Track & Field • Sophomore Season: Finished as 2017 NJCAA discus national champion and an 11-time national place winner at the NJCAA Indoor and Outdoor National Championships during her two years competing for Cloud County Community College • won weight throw (career-best 19.32m, 63-04.75) and shot put (14.37m, 47-01.75) at 2017 NJCAA Region VI Indoor Championships • placed third in weight throw and sixth in shot put at the NJCAA Indoor National Championships • recorded a career-best throw of 15.41m (50-06.75) to win indoor shot put at the Jayhawk Classic • earned three top-five finishes at the 2017 NJCAA Outdoor National Championships • national champion in the discus with a career-best throw of 50.86m (166-10), breaking her own Cloud County program record • placed third in the shot put at the national meet with a career-best throw of 15.15m (49-08.50) for a new Cloud Country program record • finished fifth in the javelin at the national meet • won hammer throw, shot put, and discus and placed fourth in javelin at 2017 Region VI Outdoor Championships • won all four throws at the Everett Kohl Invite • won hammer throw at the Fort Hays State Open with a career-best throw of 54.18m (177-09) • set Cloud County program records indoors in shot put and weight throw and outdoors in discus, hammer throw, and shot put • placed third in hammer, fourth in shot put, and 10th in discus at 2017 Jamaica National Senior Championships.

2015-16 Track & Field • Freshman Season: Began collegiate career at Cloud County Community College in Concordia, Kan. • competed in both weight throw and shot put during the indoor season • won weight throw and placed fifth in shot put at 2016 NJCAA Region VI Indoor Championships • finished fifth in weight throw and seventh in shot put at 2016 NJCAA Indoor National Championships • competed in hammer throw, shot put, javelin, and discus during the outdoor season • won discus, placed fourth in shot put and hammer throw, and took fifth in javelin at the 2016 NJCAA Region VI Outdoor Championships • earned four top-seven national finishes, placing third in discus, fifth in hammer and javelin, and seventh in shot put at 2016 NJCAA Outdoor National Championships • posted a career-best throw of 39.64m (130-01) in the javelin at the national championship • placed fourth in javelin, sixth in hammer, eighth in shot put, and 11th in discus at 2016 Jamaica Senior National Championships.
