2024 Outdoor Track & Field • Graduate Season: Earned a spot on the Academic All-Big Ten team... Reached the NCAA Outdoor Championships as an individual for the first time, finished 19th in the 100m with a time of 11.30... Qualified for the NCAA Outdoor Championships in the 4x100m relay for the third straight season, finishing 23rd in a time of 44.33... Posted a lifetime best, and No. 2 time in program history, at the NCAA West Regional with a time of 11.12 (+1.2 m/s) to finish 12th and earn the final time qualifying spot to Eugene, Ore.... Put down a time of 11.14 (+3.5 m/s) in the first round of the NCAA West Regional in Fayetteville, Ark.... Finished 25th at the NCAA West Regional in the 200m in a time of 23.21... Led off the NCAA West Regional 4x100m relay team for Minnesota and earned a spot at nationals with a time of 43.81, the No. 2 time in school history... Finished second at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships in the 100m, clocking a wind-legal 11.20 (+1.4 m/s)... Was fourth at the conference meet in the 200m with a time of 23.16, a lifetime best and the No. 3 time in program history... 2024 Indoor Track & Field • Graduate Season: Competed in six indoor meets during the indoor campaign... Earned a fifth-place finish at the Big Ten Indoor Championships in a time of 7.37, finished 12th in the 200m at the conference meet in a time of 24.27... Posted a season-best 60m time of 7.35 at the Badger's Windy City Invite to finish third overall... Won the M City Indoor Classic 60m in a time of 7.36 to begin the indoor season.

2023 Outdoor Track & Field - Senior Season: Ended her season with a seventeenth-place finish in the 4x100 preliminary relay with a time of 43.78 at the NCAA Division I Outdoor Track & Field Championships… Would finish 42nd in the 100m preliminary timed at 11.70 and in eleventh place in the 4x100m at the time 43.86 during the NCAA West Preliminary Round… Finished ninth in the 100m preliminary at 11.48 and seventh in the 100m final at 11.40 during the Big Ten Outdoor Championships; competed for eighteenth place in the 200m preliminary and second place in the 4x100m relay at a time of 43.83, too… Placed sixth in the 100m preliminary at 11.80 and fifth in the 100m final at 11.60 during the Drake Relays; finished second in the 4x100 preliminary at the time 44.99 and first in the 4x100 final with the time 44.60, also… Raced in the preliminary 100m for a second-place time of 11.85 and in the final 100m for a first-place finish at 11.57 during the Running on Hope Invitational… Participated in the 100m and 200m races along with the 4x100m relay at the LSU Alumni Gold meet; this included a seventh-place finish at 44.54 in the 4x100m… Placed third in the 100m at 11.58, seventh in the 200m at 24.29, and first in the 4x100m relay at 43.88 during the Jim Click Shootout Open & Multi… Finished third at 11.66 in the 100m and fourth in the 200m with a time of 23.89 at the Clyde Hart Classic; unfortunately, she was disqualified from the 4x100m relay… Started the season by finishing second in the 4x100m with a time of 45.33 at the USF Bulls Invitational.

2023 Indoor Track & Field - Senior Season: Participated in the preliminary 60m and 200m races at the Big Ten Indoor Championships to finish her season… Competed for a fourth-place time of 7.43 in the preliminary 60m and seventh-place time of 7.44 in the final 60m race at the Wisconsin Badger’s Windy City Invite II… Finished sixth and fourth during the preliminary and final 60m races with times of 7.54 and 7.41 along with a third-place time of 24.19 in the 200m during the 2023 Meyo Invitational (ND IND TF)... Competed in the preliminary and final 60m races at the Jack Johnson Classic with a second-place preliminary time of 7.44 and first-place final time of 7.31… Took home fourth and third place results in the preliminary and final 60m races with times of 7.53 and 7.35 along with a second-place finish at 24.10 during the Cyclone Open… Finished fifth in the preliminary 60m at the time of 7.48 and eighth in the final 60m with the time 7.52 at the Leonard Hilton Memorial Invitational… Started the season at the Ice Breaker Open & Multi by finishing third in the 300m race with the time 40.19 and in first during the 4x400m relay at 3:52.89.

2022 Outdoor Track & Field • Junior Season: Earned All-America Honor Mention honors in her first outdoor season at the Division I level in the 4x100m relay • Helped the Gophers finish 17th overall at the NCAA Outdoor Championships in a school-record time of 44.08 to break the previous record that was set back in 2018 • Helped the Gophers qualify for the NCAA Outdoor Championships by finishing 11th at the NCAA West Regionals in a time of 44.37 • Grabbed her second Big Ten silver medal by leading off the Gophers 4x100m relay squad, finishing in a time of 44.36 at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships in Minneapolis • Scored for the Gophers in the 100m at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships, finishing in sixth in a personal best time of 11.38, which went down as the No. 4 time in school history • Finished 12th at the Big Ten Outdoor meet in the 200m in a time of 24.18 • Posted her lifetime best of 23.87 in the 200m at the LSU Alumni Gold to finish 11th and post the No. 6 time in school history • Qualified for the NCAA West Regional in the 100m where she finished 32nd overall in a time of 11.64 • Won the ASU Invitational in the 100m in a time of 11.43.

2022 Indoor Track & Field • Junior Season: Broke onto the scene in her first season at Minnesota, posting the No. 3 time in the 60m at 7.34 • Her 7.34 at the Big Ten Championships helped her finish as the silver medalist and aided the Gophers in their second straight Big Ten Indoor team title • Won the Gopher Classic in the 60m • Posted a lifetime best in the 200m at the Tyson Invite at 24.55 • Finished 18th at the Big Ten Indoor Championships in the 200m in a time of 24.65.

Prior to Minnesota: Six-time All-American at Iowa Central Community College • finished third in the 100m, fifth in the 4x100m relay and sixth in the 200m at the 2021 NJCAA Outdoor Division I National Championships • placed fourth in the 60m and 12th in the 200m at the 2021 NJCAA Indoor National Championships

High School: A 2019 graduate of Waseca High School where she ran for coach Dave Abel • placed fifth and sixth in the 100m and 200m, respectively, at the 2019 MSHSL Class AA State Championships • finished eighth in the 200m at the 2018 MSHSL Class AA State Championships • holds 12th, 11th and ninth grade records in the 100m and 200m for Waseca HS • four-time all-state, all-conference and all-section honoree.

Personal: Daughter of Jeff and Tina Frye • has 14 siblings • chose Minnesota to fulfill a childhood dream.
