2024 Outdoor Track & Field • Redshirt Junior Season: Earned a spot on the Academic All-Big Ten team... Earned fourth and fifth career First Team All-America finishes at the NCAA Outdoor Championships in Eugene, Ore., becoming just the second thrower in Minnesota history to earn five First Team honors (Rachel Lewis, five-time All-American, 1989-1991)... Is just the fourth woman in program history to earn five First Team All-America honors... Returned to the podium in the discus after a redshirt season in 2023, finishing fourth with a lifetime best, and new school record, 61.01m (200-2)... Tossed a lifetime best, and No. 2 mark in school history, 68.40m (224-5) in the hammer throw to finish seventh in the NCAA in the event in her first appearance at the NCAA Championships in the event... Won the NCAA West Regional in the women's hammer throw with a toss of 67.96m (222-11)... Earned her ticket to Eugene in the discus with a throw of 60.10m (197-2) at the NCAA West Regional in Fayetteville, Ark.... Won her first Big Ten Outdoor Championships title, earning the gold medal in the hammer throw with a mark of 67.79m (222-5)...Was the discus champion at the 114th Drake Relays with a mark of 58.34m (191-5)... Claimed two victories at the Gary Wilson Invitational, as well as wins in the discus at both the 44 Farms Team Invitational and the Clyde Hart Classic... Was the runner-up in discus at the LSU Alumni Gold (59.84m | 196-4) and was third in the hammer throw (64.86m | 212-9)... Qualified for the U.S. Olympic Trials in both the discus and the hammer throw.
2024 Indoor Track & Field • Senior Season: Finished as the NCAA runner-up (silver medal) in the women's weight throw for the second straight season... Threw a season-best mark of 24.09m (79-0 1/2) at the Gopher Classic, which was the No. 3 mark in the NCAA during the indoor season... Her 24.09m (79-0 1/2) throw earned her a sixth career Big Ten indoor weekly honor... Finished inside the top three of all meets she competed in during the season in the weight throw... Posted six different final marks beyond 22-meters... Was third at the Big Ten Indoor Championships in the weight throw with a toss of 22.08m (72-5 1/4)... Her NCAA runner-up mark was 22.69m (74-4 1/2).
2023 Outdoor Track & Field - Junior Season: Finished first in both discus-throw competitions with marks at 56.81m (186’ 5”) at the Drake Relays and 54.61m (179’ 2”) at the Running on Hope Invitational… Placed first in both hammer-throw competitions, as well, with marks of 60.92m (199’ 10”) at the Janis Rider/Doug Bolstorff Invitational and 65.77m (215’ 9”) at the Running on Hope Invitational
2023 Indoor Track & Field - Junior Season: Competed in only weight-throw competitions throughout the season… Placed second during the NCAA Division I Track & Field Championships at a mark of 23.42m (76’ 10”) and at the 2023 Meyo Invitational (ND IND TF) with the mark 22.82m (74’ 10.5”)... Finished first at the Snowshoe Open, Jack Johnson Classic, Cyclone Open, Leonard Hilton Memorial Invitational, and Ice Breaker Open & Multi… Her season-best mark of 24.14m (79’ 25”) would be for another first-place result at the Big Ten Indoor Championships
2022 Outdoor Track & Field • Sophomore Season: Earned First Team All-America honors in the discus with her 6th-place finish at the NCAA Outdoor Championships in Eugene, Ore. • Finished fifth at the USATF Outdoor Championships in the discus, and the second-highest collegiate finisher at 57.20m (187-8) • Posted a school record in the discus at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships at 58.85m (193-1) to finish as the silver medalist in Minneapolis • Finished 6th at the NCAA West Regional to qualify for the NCAA Outdoor Championships for the second time in her career with a mark of 56.68m (185-11) • Her mark of 54.87m (180-0) at the NCAA Outdoor Championships made her a two-time All-American and her first First Team honor • Just missed out on scoring at the Big Ten level in the hammer, finishing ninth for the Gophers with a personal best of 54.44m (178-7) • Won the Tommie Twilight in the hammer.
2022 Indoor Track & Field • Sophomore Season: Finished all seven of her meets in the weight throw in the top three • Was the bronze medalist at the Big Ten Indoor Championships in the weight throw with a mark of 21.28m (69-9 3/4), helping the Gophers win the Big Ten Indoor team title for the second straight year • Her 21.30m (69-10 3/4) at the Snowshoe Open was the No. 5 weight throw mark at the time, which won the meet • Won the Cyclone Open weight throw competition • Competed once in the shot put at the Gopher Classic • Her 21.30m weight throw mark finished as the No. 25 mark in the nation and the No. 4 mark in the Big Ten all indoor season long.
2021 Indoor Track & Field • Freshman Season: Competed in shot put and weight throw at six meets • made B1G debut, placing ninth in weight throw with a career-best throw of 18.77m (61-07.00) and finishing 25th in shot put (12.90m, 42-04.00) at the Big Ten Indoor Championships • recorded a career-best throw of 13.60m (44-07.50) to place ninth in shot put at the Husker Triangular.
2021 Outdoor Track & Field • Freshman Season: Named Second Team All-America selection in the discus • competed in discus at eight meets, hammer throw at four meets, and shot put at one meet • placed 16th in discus (54.22m, 177-11) at the NCAA Championships • finished 12th in discus (54.61m (179-02) at the NCAA West Prelim to advance to the NCAA Championships • recorded a career-best throw of 54.65m (179-03) to place fourth in discus at the Big Ten Championships and improve her mark at sixth on Minnesota’s all-time list • recorded a career-best mark of 53.39m (175-02) to place fifth in hammer and finished as discus runner-up at the M City Classic • recorded a season-best mark of 12.42m (40-09.00) in shot put at the B1G Florida Invite • ended the season ranked sixth in discus (54.65m, 179-03) in Minnesota history.
