2018 Season - Outdoor: Competed at four meets • scored a career-best 5,143 points in heptathlon at the Bryan Clay Invitational • ran a career-best 800m (2:25.51) and recorded a career-best long jump mark (5.39m, 17-08.25) during the Bryan Clay heptathlon • recorded career-best marks to place fourth in javelin (38.93m, 127-09) and seventh in shot put (12.75m, 41-10.00) at the Cougar Invite • competed in the heptathlon at the Big Ten Championship but did not finish the event • ended the season ranked eighth among all-time Gophers in heptathlon (5,143).
2017 Season - Indoor: Competed at five meets • scored 3,657 points to place seventh in the pentathlon at the Big Ten Championship • won high jump (1.65m, 5-05.00) and threw a career-best 13.28m (43-07.00) in the shot put at the SDSU Holiday Open • placed fifth in both the 60m hurdles and high jump (season-best 1.70m, 5-07.00) at the Minnesota-Wisconsin Dual.
2017 Season - Outdoor: Named Academic All-Big Ten • made lone appearance of the season at the Bulls Invitational, taking seventh in long jump (career-best 5.22m, 17-01.50), eighth in javelin (32.58m, 106-11), 16th in 200m (26.02), and 20th in 100m hurdles (16.06).
2016 Season - Indoor: Competed at five meets, including two appearances in the pentathlon • placed third in the Big Ten in the pentathlon with a season-best score of 3,906 to rank third in Minnesota history • placed 16th in the high jump at the Big Ten Championship (1.70m, 5-07.00) • scored 3,747 to place fifth in the pentathlon at the Jack Johnson Classic • recorded season-best marks of 2:21.33 in the 800m, 9.05 seconds in the 60m hurdles, and 5.31m (17-05.25) in the long jump during the B1G pentathlon • season-best shot put came in the Jack Johnson Classic pentathlon at 12.83m (42-01.25) • won high jump at the Minnesota-Wisconsin Dual with a season-best mark of 1.77m (5-09.75) to tie for fourth among all-time Gophers.
2016 Season - Outdoor: Competed at three meets, including one appearance in the heptathlon • tied for 14th in high jump (1.71m, 5-07.25) at the Big Ten Championship • recorded season-best marks in the 100m hurdles (15.21), 200m (25.17), 800m (2:29.96), high jump (1.72m, 5-07.75), shot put (12.37m, 40-07.00), and javelin (32.64m, 107-01) during the California Invite heptathlon, scoring 4,470 points despite fouling all three long jump attempts.
Before Minnesota: Born Feb. 20, 1995 • represented Denmark at the 2011 7th IAAF World Youth Championships, placing 25th with 4,576 points in the heptathlon • came to Minnesota with personal bests of 25.84 in the 200m, 2:28.42 in the 800m, 15.30 in the 100m hurdles, 1.72m in high jump, 5.20m in long jump, 12.51m in shot put, 27.79m in javelin, and 4,576 in heptathlon.
