2019 Indoor • Redshirt Junior Season: Ran 15 races with appearances in the 200m, 400m, 4x400m relay, and distance medley relay • ran a career-best 25.14 in the 200m to place fifth at the ISU Classic • ran a career-best 56.26 in the 400m to place eighth at the Power Five Invite • placed eighth in the distance medley relay and 19th in the 400m at the Big Ten Championship.

2019 Outdoor • Redshirt Junior Season: Named Academic All-Big Ten • ran 15 races with appearances in the 200m, 400m, 4x400m relay, and distance medley relay • ran a career-best 25.07 as runner-up in the 200m at the Kip Janvrin Open • ran a career-best 55.61 in the 400m at the Jim Click Shootout • led off the seventh-place 4x400m relay team and placed 14th in the 400m (55.94) at the Big Ten Championship • ran 400m leg of the sixth-place distance medley relay at the Drake Relays to rank seventh in Minnesota history at 11:26.49.

2018 Indoor • Redshirt Sophomore Season: Ran 13 races at seven meets with appearances in the 60m, 200m, 400m, and 4x400m relay • ran a career-best 7.91 seconds in the 60m at The Dual • ran a season-best 25.32 seconds in the 200m at the ISU Classic • ran a career-best 56.42 seconds in the 400m to place 23rd at the Big Ten Championship • won the 400m at the Parents Day Invite.

2018 Outdoor • Redshirt Sophomore Season: Named Academic All-Big Ten • ran 10 races with appearances in the 200m, 400m, and 4x400m relay • placed 23rd in the 400m (56.39) and 10th in the 4x400m relay (3:42.24) at the Big Ten Championship • ran a career-best 55.67 to win the 400m and a season-best 25.30 to win the 200m at the Janis Rider Invite.

2017 Indoor • Sophomore Season: Competed unattached at six meets.

2017 Outdoor • Redshirt Freshman Season: Ran 16 races with appearances in the 100m, 200m, 400m, and 4x400m relay • made Big Ten debut, placing 25th in the 400m (57.09) • ran a career-best 12.50 in the 100m to place sixth in the Kansas Relays Quadrangular • won both the 200m (season-best 25.15) and 400m (career-best 56.26) at the BearCat Twilight.

2016 Indoor • Freshman Season: Ran 11 races as a true freshman with appearances in the 60m, 200m, 400m, 600m, and 4x400m relay • finished fourth in the 60m in 8.13 seconds at the Minnesota/Wisconsin Dual • ran season-best times in the 200m (25.45) and the 400m (56.86) at the ISU Classic • placed fourth in the 600m in a season-best 1:35.30 at the Jack Johnson Classic • ran third on the first-place 4x400m relay at the Parents Day Invite (3:58.02).

2016 Outdoor • Freshman Season: Ran nine races while competing unattached.

High School: A 2015 graduate of the Academy of Holy Angels where she ran for coaches Jim Gunderson, David Meissner, and David Marshak • a three-sport athlete who was a four-year track & field letterwinner, a three-year soccer letterwinner, and a two-year ping pong letterwinner • five-time all-section, four-time all-conference, and three-time all-state honoree in track & field • six-time Minnesota Class AA State Track & Field Championship participant • three-time top-five finisher in the 400m at the state meet, placing fourth as a sophomore, fifth as a junior and second as a senior in her personal-best 55.64 • two-time state meet qualifier in the 100m, including a sixth-place finish as a senior • three-time Missota Conference champion in the 200m (2013) and the 400m (2013, 2014) • three-time Tri-Metro Conference champion in the 100m (2015), 200m (2015) and the 400m (2015) • Athena Award winner • owns high school personal-best times of 55.64 in the 400m (2015), 12.16 in the 100m (2015), 25.42 in the 200m (2014), and 8.00 in the 60m (2015) • holds Academy of Holy Angels school records in the 100m, 200m, 400m, and 4x100m relay • final Missota Conference record-holder in the 400m • has competed at several USA Track & Field indoor track meets.
