2022 • GRADUATE SENIOR SEASON:
Ranks second on team in blocks per set (1.35) • made her Minnesota debut against TCU (8/27) • went for five kills and four digs in her first extensive action of the season vs. Florida (9/4) • had five blocks vs. Oregon (9/9) • totaled two kills with a block and a dig vs. Stanford (9/10) • had two kills, two digs vs. Pepperdine (9/15) • went for a season-high 12 kills and five blocks vs. Iowa (10/2) • went for seven kills and five blocks at Michigan (10/7) • tallied seven kills on 1.000 hitting with five blocks at MSU (10/9) • went for four kills and seven blocks vs. Ohio State (10/12) • had three kills vs. Illinois (10/15) • tallied a season-high eight blocks with six kills at Iowa (10/19) • posted eight kills, six blocks vs. Purdue (10/22) • totaled two kills, two blocks vs. MSU (10/26) • registered a kill and a block at Wisconsin (10/29) • tallied a kill on senior day versus Indiana (11/13) • tallied a pair of kills and two blocks at PSU (11/18).

PRIOR TO MINNESOTA:
Played for four seasons at Michigan State University, where she appeared in 107 matches (386 sets) • averaged 1.80 kills per set on .290 hitting while adding 1.20 blocks per set over the course of her career • had her best season as a Spartan in 2021, tallying a career-best 1.31 b/s, which ranked first on the team • Gros led MSU in blocks per set in each of the last four seasons • in 2021, she finished fifth in the Big Ten and 18th nationally in both total blocks (131) and b/s (1.31) • Gros' career average of 1.20 blocks per set ranked sixth on MSU's career list • Gros' 400 career block assists and 464 total blocks both rank sixth in the MSU record books • set the Spartans freshman record for highest hitting percentage in a season (.331) • totaled multiple blocks in 27 of 29 matches in 2021, including 11 matches with five-or-more blocks • tallied two kills and five blocks vs. Minnesota in Oct. 2021. 

WITH B1G VOLLEYBALL (Summer 2019): Selected for the B1G Foreign Tour and completed a 10-day training session and exhibition games in Osaka, Kyoto, Aichi Province, and Tokyo, Japan.

CLUB: Ranked No. 35 on the Prep Volleyball list of Senior Aces • played for Jessica Burke at Louisiana Elite • placed first in the USA 2017 Youth A1 Red, Baton Rouge Blast Off, Rajun Cajun Tournament and JVA Kentucky and finished second place in Beast of Atlanta and at Junior Nationals in Dallas • also selected for the All-Tournament team in the 18 American division.

HIGH SCHOOL: 2017 Second Team Under Armour High School All-America and National Player of the Year finalist • 2017 First Team Max Preps High School Small School All-America and PrepVolleyball.com High School All-American • 2015 Louisiana Player of the Year • Led Louise S. McGehee High School to four straight undefeated district championships • also helped McGehee to a Division 5A State Championship runner-up performance in 2018 after a Championship and MVP honors for the tournament in 2015 • three-time All-State Selection • named to the 2017 All-Star team and led her team to nine in-season tournament titles • selected to the USA Girls Select A1 National Training Team Program, and a two-time USA Girls Select A1 National Training Block selection • twice earned Nola.com Player of the Week honors.

PERSONAL: The daughter of Andrew Gros and Nicole Scott • Gros was a Student Body Vice President and a four-time Community Service Award winner in high school • Majored in journalism at Michigan State.
