2018-19 Senior Season: Academic All-Big Ten • All-American in the 500 free and Honorable Mention All-American in the 800 free relay, 200 free, and 200 back. • At the NCAA Championships, was part of the 800 free relay team that placed sixteenth (7:00.34), finished fifth in the 500 free (4:35.88), took fourteenth in the 200 free (1:44.18), and twelfth in the 200 back (1:52.34) • At the Big Ten Championships, helped the 800 free relay team to a second place finish with an A cut time (7:00.10), won the 500 free (4:36.55), was part of the 400 medley relay team that finished fourth with an A cut time (3:32.16), finished third and set a personal record in the 200 free (1:43.70), second in the 200 back (1:51.42), and helped both the 200 free relay (1:30.96) and the 400 free relay (3:16.84) to fifth place finishes. • Took first place in the 200 free (1:46.84), second in the 200 IM (2:01.34), first in the 200 backstroke (1:56.55), and first in the 500 free (4:48.60) against Purdue and Northwestern. • Finished first in the 200 free (1:48.02) and first in the 500 free (4:48.68) at the Hawaii Dual. • At the Iowa Invitational, helped the 400 medley relay (3:34.76), 800 free relay (7:09.22), and the 400 free relay (3:16.10) to first place finishes, placed second in the 500 free (4:40.31), second in the 200 free (1:44.23), and second in the 200 back (1:52.76). • Finished first in the 200 free (1:48.07), first in the 200 back (1:57.75), and first in the 200 IM (2:02.11) at the Florida State Dual. • Finished first in the 200 free (1:48.45) and second in the 500 free (4:51.93) at the Wisconsin Dual.

2017-18 Junior Season: At the NCAA Championships, was part of the 800 Free Relay team that set a school record and earned All-American honors with a time of 6:56.40. • part of the 800 Free Relay that set a school record with a time of 6:59.53, tied for thirteenth in the 500-yard free with fellow Gopher, Brooke Zeiger (4:43.13), placed seventh in the 200-yard free (1:46.03) after swimming 1:45.42 in prelims, and ninth in the 200-yard back (1:53.51) at the Big Ten Championships. • finished third in the 200-yard free (1:47.26) and first in the 200-yard back (1:55.30) at the Triple Dual vs. Northwestern and Purdue • had two first place finishes in the 200-yard free (1:48.30) and the 100-yard free (50.73) against Denver • placed second in the 200-yard free (1:49.51) and first in the 500-yard free (4:50.98) against Hawai'i and Drury • finished second in the 500-yard free (4:43.67), third in the 200-yard free (1:46.59), and second in the 200-yard back (1:56.93) at the Minnesota Invitational • took third in the 500-yard free (4:46.80), fifth in the 200-yard back, and third in the 200-yard free (1:48.10) vs. Michigan, Penn State, and Wisconsin at the Quad Dual • earned first place finished in the 200-yard free (1:48.01) and in the 500-yard free (4:49.58) vs. the University of Iowa • placed second in the 200-yard free (1:49.34) and first in the 200-yard back (1:59.06) vs. Florida State. 

2016-17 Sophomore Season: Earned CSCAA Academic All-American honorable mention honors • Academic All-Big Ten team • named Most Improved and Hardest Worker by teammates • outstanding student-athlete award • earned a 1:46.28 in the 200-yard free at the 2017 NCAA Championships • finished in seventh place with a 1:55.15 in the 200-yard back at the 2017 Big Ten Championships • posted two first-place finishes against Iowa: 500-yard free (4:57.96) and 100-yard back (55.67) • earned first place in the 200-yard free with a 1:50.48 against North Dakota • placed first in the 200-yard free (1:49.08) and 200-yard back (1:59.23) at the Minnesota Invitational • posted five first-place finishes at the Jean Freeman Invitational: 100-yard free (50.50), 200-yard free (1:48.06), 100-yard back (54.59), and 200-yard back (1:55.43) • finished ninth place with a 1:55.15 in the 200-yard back at the 2017 Big Ten Championships • placed tenth with a 1:46.36 in the 200-yard free at the 2017 Big Ten Championships • earned a 4:42.10 in the 500-yard free at the 2017 NCAA Championships. 

2015-16 Freshman Season: Named Most Improved • first-year letterwinner • at the 2016 Big Ten Championships, Nack recorded career bests in each of her events to finish 19th in the 200 back, 36th in the 200 free and 63rd in the 500 free • tallied 16 top-five finishes during the regular season • made her collegiate debut at Florida State.

High School: 2015 graduate of Mankato West High School • finished in top 10% of graduating class with a 4.1 GPA • four-time academic letter winner • three-time varsity track letter winner • qualified for the state track meet as a sophomore in the 4x800 relay and was named to the All-City team • Active student council member on executive board: vice president during junior year and president during senior year • NHS member and letter winner junior and senior years • six-time varsity swimming letter winner • coached by Dave Burgess and former Gophers swimmer Meredith McCarthy • named to All-Conference, All-City and All-State five consecutive years • seven-time high school state champion • two-time All-American • member of Mantas Swim Club • won state three times with club team • member of the Junior National Team from 2012-2015 • high school record holder in the 200 free, 500 free, 100 backstroke, 200 free relay and 400 free relay • also holds pool records at multiple high schools around southern Minnesota. 

Personal: Daughter of James and Lynn Nack • has two sisters, Danielle and Gabriel • sister Danielle is a sophomore on the women’s swimming team • grandfather Roger Gustafson was a Minnesota swimmer from 1955-1957 • Father James ran track from 1979-1982 at the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse • very close to family, enjoys spending time with her sisters and dog, spending time at the lake and in the pool in their backyard, jet-skiing, tubing, cooking and baking • plans to major in civil engineering and minor in architecture.
