2019 Indoor • Redshirt Junior Season: Ran 12 races with appearances in the 60m, 200m, 400m, and 4x400m relay • ran a career-best 25.72 in the 200m at the Graduate Classic.

2019 Outdoor • Redshirt Junior Season: Named Academic All-Big Ten • ran eight races • ran a season-best 25.67 in the 200m and a season-best 57.06 in the 400m at the Tommie Twilight.

2018 Indoor • Redshirt Sophomore Season: Ran nine races at four meets with appearances in the 60m, 200m, 400m, and 4x400m relay • ran career bests in the 60m (8.02) and 200m (25.98) at the UST Showcase • ran a career-best 57.97 in the 400m at the Parents Day Invite.

2018 Outdoor • Redshirt Sophomore Season: Named Academic All-Big Ten • ran five races • ran career-bests times in the 200m (25.60) and the 400m (57.04) at the Tommie Twilight.

2017 Indoor • Redshirt Freshman Season: Ran eight races, including clocking career-best times in the 200m (26.97) and 400m (58.95).

2017 Outdoor • Redshirt Freshman Season: Ran 11 races, including clocking career-best times in the 200m (26.00) and 400m (57.45) at the BearCat Twilight • won the 400m at the Hamline Twilight.

2016 Indoor • Freshman Season: Ran seven races while competing unattached.

2016 Outdoor • Freshman Season: Ran nine races while competing unattached.

High School: A 2015 graduate of Wayzata High School where she ran for coaches Dave Emmans and Lori Cade • three-time track & field letterwinner • three-time Minnesota Class AA State Track & Field Championship qualifier who placed fourth in both the 4x200m relay (1:44.12) and 4x400m relay (3:56.28) as a junior and took third in the 4x400m relay (3:54.05) as a senior • 2014 All-Lake Conference honoree and 2015 all-conference honorable mention selection • two-time all-state honoree • 2015 track & field captain • owns high school personal-best times of 25.4 in the 200m and 57.5 in the 400m • broke the Wayzata school record in the 4x200m relay four times as a junior • broke Wayzata school record in the 4x400m relay • two-time academic all-state honoree who also earned a Scholar Athlete Award in 2015 • a two-sport student-athlete at Wayzata who was a captain and two-time letterwinner in soccer and played on Wayzata's state champion team in 2012 and conference champion team in 2014 • Tonka United Club Soccer U-16 league champions.

Personal: Daughter of Jennifer and Dan Dugan • has three siblings, Samantha, William and Michael • Finance major • enjoys spending time outdoors with friends and family and playing soccer • National Honor Society member.
