2019 Indoor • Redshirt Senior Season: Competed unattached at five meets and won five titles in weight throw.

2019 Outdoor • Redshirt Senior Season: Competed in hammer throw at seven meets • recorded a season-best throw of 56.52m (185-05) as hammer throw runner-up at the Hurricane Invite.

2018 Indoor • Senior Season: NCAA national champion in weight throw • Big Ten champion in weight throw • named First Team All-American and All-Big Ten First Team • named Midwest Region Women's Field Athlete of the Year and Big Ten Women's Field Athlete of the Year • two-time Big Ten Conference Field Athlete of the Week after winning weight throw at The Dual (Jan. 17) and Parents Day Invite (Feb. 21) • competed in weight throw at eight meets, winning six titles and posting one runner-up finish with one third-place showing • recorded a mark of 23.30m (76-05.50) to win weight throw at the NCAA Indoor Championship • threw a career-best 24.37m (79-11.50) and set Big Ten all-time and Big Ten Championship records in the weight throw to win the B1G weight throw title • set three career-bests in the weight throw, improving on Minnesota’s program record three times • set weight throw facility records at the SPIRE Institute, Gilliam Indoor Track Stadium, University of Iowa Recreation Building, Minnesota Fieldhouse • ended the season as Minnesota's program record holder in weight throw at 24.37m (79-11.50).

2018 Outdoor • Senior Season: Competed unattached at two meets, winning hammer throw at both the Janis Rider Invite and Tommie Twilight.

2016-17 • Junior Season: Finished as NCAA Division II runner-up in weight throw (21.22m, 69-07.50) and placed 15th in shot put (13.51m, 44-04) at the NCAA Indoor Championship • won NSIC title in weight throw (22.38m, 73-05.25) and placed fourth in shot put (13.93m, 45-08.50) at NSIC Indoor Championship • won five weight throw titles in six competitions during the indoor season • placed fourth in both shot put (13.55m, 44-05.50) and hammer throw (51.11m, 167-08) at the NSIC Outdoor Championship.

2015-16 • Sophomore Season: Named USTFCCCA Indoor All-American, NSIC Indoor Field Athlete of the Year, two-time USTFCCCA National Athlete of the Week, Preseason NSIC Outdoor Athlete of the Year, USTFCCCA All-Region in weight and hammer, and NSIC all-conference in indoor shot put and weight throw and outdoor shot put and hammer • won 2016 NCAA Division II Indoor national title in weight throw and placed 14th in shot put at the national meet • recorded a career-best mark of 22.70m (74-05) in weight throw to win NCAA indoor title • won NSIC indoor titles in both shot put and weight throw • recorded a career-best indoor shot put mark of 14.65m (48-00.75) at the Wisconsin Open • placed 24th in shot put and competed in hammer at the NCAA Outdoor Championships • finished as NSIC runner-up outdoors in hammer throw with a career-best throw of 58.74m (192-08), along with taking third in shot put at the NSIC Outdoor Championship.

2014-15 • Freshman Season: Began collegiate career at Winona State • 2015 NCAA Division II Indoor national champion in weight throw • 2015 USTFCCCA All-American in weight throw • two-time 2015 Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference champion, winning weight throw title indoors and hammer throw title outdoors • recorded a winning mark of 20.95m (68-09) in weight throw at the NCAA Championship, breaking the Winona State program record, setting the second-best NCAA Division II Indoor Championship mark, and setting the sixth best mark in NCAA Division II Indoor history • won NSIC weight throw title with a mark of 19.86m (65-02) to break the NSIC Indoor Championship record • posted an indoor season-best mark of 12.43m (40-09.50) in shot put • placed 17th in the hammer at the NCAA Championship with a mark of 52.37m (171-10) • recorded a winning mark of 57.89m (189-11) in hammer at the NSIC Outdoor Championship, setting the second-best mark in Winona State history • placed 12th in the shot put (12.64m, 41-05.75) at the NSIC Outdoor Championships • posted an outdoor season-best mark of 12.76m (41-10.50) in shot put.

High School: A 2014 graduate of Monona Grove High School • 11-time letterwinner, earning four letters in track & field, four letters in basketball, and three letters in volleyball • three-time WIAA Division 2 State Track & Field Championship qualifier in shot put, placing 10th as a sophomore, ninth as a junior, and third as a senior.

Personal: Daughter of Larry Long and Judy Long • has one sibling, Zachary • psychology major.
