Allyse Wood joined the Athletic Performance staff at the University of Minnesota as an Assistant Director of Athletic Performance in 2016. She works with the Rowing, Women’s Swimming and Men's & Women's Diving programs.
Wood attended the University of Texas (Austin) and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Health Education in 2015. She worked as a volunteer intern with the UT Athletic Performance Department from 2012 - 2015, assisting with Volleyball, Men’s Tennis, Women’s Swimming, Women’s Rowing and Men’s & Women’s Track & Field programs.
Allyse spent two semesters in 2015 at the University of Kansas as an intern assisting with Volleyball, Softball, Women’s Tennis, Women’s Rowing, Baseball and Men’s & Women’s Basketball.
Since joining the staff at the University of Minnesota, Rodriguez earned her Master of Education degree in Sport & Exercise Science in 2021.
Wood is Strength & Conditioning Coach Certified (SCCC) through the Collegiate Strength & Conditioning Coaches Association (CSCCa).
