Drew Evenson was named Director of Scouting and Analytics in June of 2025.
Evenson joined the Gopher men’s basketball program as a student manager before the 2022-23 season and was elevated to head manager in 2023. As head manager, the Holmen, Wis. product assisted with daily operations for the student-athletes and staff, as well as film breakdown and analytics. Evenson graduated from the University of Minnesota in May of 2025 with a bachelor’s degree in sports management.
Evenson, a Holmen, Wis., native, is the third former Gopher manager to land a full-time position with the program. He joins Medved and assistant coach Aaron Katsuma as former managers to full-time Gopher men’s basketball roles.
