Emma Lero joined Gopher Sports Marketing in July of 2024 as an Assistant Director of Marketing. She serves as the marketing contact for Volleyball, Gymnastics, Wrestling and Tennis.
Prior to working for Gopher Athletics, Lero was a Marketing Coordinator for the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse athletics (2022-24). She oversaw marketing efforts for all sports, special events, and alumni relations. While at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, Lero led the marketing efforts for the 2024 NCAA DIII Wrestling National Championships held in La Crosse. Lero was also a marketing intern and worked in facilities and ticketing while at Concordia University-St. Paul.
A native of St. Francis, Minn., Lero received her bachelor’s and master’s degree in Sports Management from Concordia University-St. Paul in 2022.
