Erin Moore joined the Athletic Medicine staff at the University of Minnesota in 2011 and primarily provides care for the Women’s Hockey team. Moore was initially a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer from 2011 - 2013 working with Gopher Men's & Women's Swimming & Diving and Men's Gymnastics.. Upon graduation in 2013, she was hired as an Assistant Athletic Trainer and continued working with Men's Gymnastics.  She was promoted to Associate Athletic Trainer in 2020 and currently supervises the Athletic Trainers for Women’s Gymnastics, Men’s & Women’s Swimming & Diving, and Women’s Tennis/Spirit Squads.
 
Erin completed her undergraduate education with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Athletic Training from Purdue University in May 2011. She obtained her Masters of Education degree in Applied Kinesiology at the University of Minnesota in May 2013. She continued to work with the Men’s Gymnastics and Men’s & Women’s Swimming and Diving teams as an Assistant Athletic Trainer for an additional three years before moving to work with Women’s Hockey in June 2017.
 
Moore is a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) and a MN State Licensed Athletic Trainer (LAT). She is a member of the National Athletic Trainers Association and the Minnesota Athletic Trainers Association. She is proficient in Active Release Techniques (ART), Graston Technique M1, and Blood Flow Restriction training (BFR) and is an EPIC EMR Master User.
 
A native of Griffith, IN, Erin currently resides in Minnetonka, MN.
