Jen joined the Gophers in the Fall of '21 serving as the Director of Career Services and Relations. She came to us having served as Academic Advisor within the College of Liberal Arts. She has extensive knowledge and experience within leading and implementing student programming, coordinating and leading university-wide student events, student orientations, tracking, assessing, and reporting data.Â
As Director of Student-Athlete Development, Jen is charged with advocating for the development of the total person, through transformational experiences within Golden Gopher Athletics at the University of Minnesota. Jen will lead the L.I.N.K. in support of all student-athlete development commitments through comprehensive education and programming, strategic analysis and planning, and collaboration and supervision for the development of the total person. Additionally, Jen serves as the liaison with the Office for Student Affairs, the B1G Ten Conference, and with NCAA Leadership Development.
