Kaiti serves as the Assistant Director of Special Events for the Golden Gopher Fund. Her responsibilities include coordinating and executing events for the athletics department as well as rental events. She started working on campus in 2017 with Recreation and Wellness running events in the Jean K Freeman Aquatic Center. She transitioned to Special Events with the Golden Gopher Fund in 2023. Kaiti received her undergraduate degree in Sport Management from the University of South Dakota where she competed in swimming. She later earned her Master’s in Sport Management from the University of Minnesota.
